I ordered the starter pack, and received nothing for ages. The tracking system was unclear. I wrote to Bondic asking if it will be delivered this century, They replied quickly and advised me of the tracking situation. They say they have reimbursed me $10 postage (round figs). £14.22 import charge! Am yet to find out if it actually works.

This is not the product it is made out to be. I can't believe I foolishly bought this product.

Bought for 29.99 then havevto pay duty 1356 what a load of rubbish total con keep well away

The only thing good I can say about this product is that I got fast delivery. What they don't tell you is that you have to glue in layers in between the two objects you are gluing. Next problem is No skin contact, can cause serious skin damage, causes serious eye irritation and causes damage to organs. I am afraid to use it. Don't think I can get my money back but will try.

I ordered bondik well over a month ago. Keep getting e mails that it will be delivered in croasia. Do not deal with this. Company. They take your money. You do not get your goods

If only I had checked out with Trustpilot before ordering this stuff which i saw advertised on Facebook. £14.89 customs to pay and it took 6 weeks to get here. Platforms like Facebook should take this advert down until it tells you the true cost of the product

The page I entered looked local, but I ended up on a US page and had to pay a hefty fee for shipping.
When the product arrived in my home country in the EU, I further had to pay VAT and handling due to collection of the VAT to the transportation company.
All together, I ended up paying approximately three times the price initially stated on the company webpage.
I have not yet tested the product, but I hope it's good.

I ordered the starter pack and it was due to me 29th Feb 2020.
It's now 10th March and still nothing.
I gave rang their customer service number 3vtimes leaving my message and query. On their recording they have a message saying they cannot take call but if detail left they guarantee to call back within 24hours....NONSENSE AND LIES.no call after 3 says and 3 messages.
Also tried to email them to say item not received and tracking number was from Sweden and all they did was refund my postage charges.
I would have preferred receiving the goods but again nothing.
Emailed them back to advise this 3 times and once again no reply.
COMPLERE WASTE OF TIME.

And how exactly are you supposed to glue 2 piece of material together if you can't get the UV light to it?

Example: 1 piece of metal on top of another, or wood or leather or anything else that isn't transparent.
How does the UV light get through to set the glue.
Very limited application even if it does work!
Stick to a two part epoxy resin if you really want things to stick together.

BIG waste of money does not work on anything I've tried to glue .
Better off keeping your money.

It doesn’t work. Admittedly I had some lofty expectations, but now have tried it several times and it is a big FAIL. You would be better off with duct tape.

This glue was just rubbish. Could just chewing gum as well. Bougth five pacage. Watch tesrs on youtube. Same results.Can not not be useed to anything.

An awesome product that can repair just about anything. Outperforms any “super glue” I’ve ever used. Stays workable until exposed to UV light (UV flashlight included) for about 4 seconds, then is hard as a rock. Thick enough to fill in gaps so pieces don’t have to fit together perfectly like most super glues. A must have for any tool box!
