Still waiting, Did get an e-mail stating they would reship plant food but nothing yet. Really disappointed currently but will try to keep the faith. They've always done me right in the past. Been going on four years with them and an FYI, it's Bongochems with an "S". Will post once parcel drops.

The prices aren’t “High” they are fairly standard by most companies that carry Research Pellets. I can say I am around 30 orders total since I found Bongo and one of them USPS screwed up, I still received it and it included quite a few extra pellets. Otherwise it’s been on point since the beginning and hasn’t changed since my last order was delivered (Nov, 22, 2024).

I can’t speak for others but I’ve been more than happy with this business from every standpoint.

Heard of Bongochems from a friend. I was a little hesitant to spend so much money knowing there was a chance I could lose it, but after a very short delay my package arrived! There was even a little extra, which was a nice surprise. Because of this is will continue to shop with this guy for as long as he’s around. A++

They have not got my order yet but they always get to it, always 5 star company if it takes a while usually they’ll throw a bit extra or something they make it rite

I have always gotten my order. They seem a bit underdosed in my opinion but overall worth It. I give them 4 stars. Like I said undosed but constant and dose the job!

My experience with bongochems has been very positive. Their products are consistently high quality and shipped quickly. On recent occasion, customer service promptly responded and resolved a minor issue with an order.

Bongochem(S).com...yes you add the s and take away the parentheses....is the real deal. I suspect it's probably like one or two dudes running the whole operation, which is why it's slow to get orders some times, but screenshot your payment and send it to him and it should get things rolling sooner. Just received my package of bromaz and a sample of either flubrotiz or norflu with it. Hell he even gave me a few extra! Getting in touch with him is a bit of a pain at times(likely cause he's busy running the whole operation by himself) but the product is legit and the dude is overall pretty good to work with, if a bit slow to respond.

I have done business with them for many many years......my last order took me 3 weeks to get tracking and then did not get sent out on time. I got it eventually but it was meh. They have a pay via invoice option for established customers which I most certainly am but won't send out invoices and refuse to answer emails. You send these people crypto at this point and get ripped off it's your own fault. I don't believe 3/4 of the reviews here at this time. I have been ordering with them since they opened. Something is wrong.

BongoChems at protonmail.com will immediately respond to you when it comes to receiving payment. Once payment has been received, their communication lacks or disappears completely.

I have been with Bongo for years and it appears recently they no longer respond to their emails. They receive your payment, then they completely ghost you. The least a vendor can do, especially to a long-time loyal customer, is provide an update on the shipment. I have asked for the tracking number at least 5 times now. Each time I asked, I waited a minimum of 24 hours out of respect.

It's a shame because I have had such a great relationship with them but the lack of communication and the apparently "ghosting" is unacceptable, especially considering the expensive order. You do not feel valued as a customer even after so many years. I really do hope that this is just an oversight and things will be made right.

The only concern now is that they just took my money and became unresponsive. Either this or the product will be subpar/bunk. I have heard of many others being victims of "selective scamming" where they will take your money, not respond, and if they send you the product, it will be most likely bunk (no/few active chemicals and fillers). I hope this is not the case considering the many years of experience I've had with them.

If a simple reply to an email providing the tracking number that the entirety of the order has been fulfilled then all is well, but they cannot even accomplish this.

Until I receive the tracking number from them, knowing that the product is delivered in FULL, is pure in quality (active ingredients - not just fillers), then I am quite disappointed.

For those experiencing the same issue, please understand that you may report to the authorities (even a refund may not be processed). Please check out: the DEA Tip Line, FDA Safety Reporting Portal, IC3 Online Report, CBP e-Allegations, and other online sources.

I hope that this does not come to that but completely ghosting a long-time loyal customer after a large payment with ABSOLUTELY no tracking number is unacceptable.

It takes less than 2 minutes to send an email letting the customer know the order has been shipped and copy and paste the tracking number. Also, fingers-crossed that the entire order is delivered and that the products are not bunk.

Order arrived a little later but regardless still come through got tracking and everything. Found some extras for the inconvenience overall great packaging and service.

Been dealing with Bongo and his team since 2017, never had an issue, always legit and responds to emails extremely quick, while being very friendly and helpful. Anyways I researched the bromaz 2mg pellets, which performed flawlessly in a research environment...definitely the real deal. If you are trying to decide between Bongo and another vendor it would be a simple choice for me, you get what you pay for and its always smooth!

Bongochem(s), is one of the most professional, customer service-oriented business out there for research of these types of products. I ordered and they delivered, with exceptional quality products. I've been doing business with them for a couple years, with a few hiccups here and there, my issues were always addressed and fixed a quickly as possible! They are the top tier material.

got my most recent order from bongo in 3 days. people need to be aware that bongochem.com is a SCAM SITE and his legit url is bongochems.com. He has also been responsive to me on his main email bongochems at protonmail.com which is listed on his website.

Did not receive order nor communication regarding it after payment. Vendor does not respond actively to emails. Don’t flip the coin in trusting this vendor.
