Öncelikle bizimle iletişime geçtiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz. Eksik olan ürününüz size ikinci bir kargo ile 12 aralıkta gönderilmiştir. Bu gönderim ile ilgili e-posta da tarafınıza aynı gün iletilmiştir. Ancak kargodan adreste bulunamadığınız gerekçesi ile kargo depomuza geri dönmüştür.
18 Aralık akşamı depomuza gelen ürün için sizinle 19 Aralık'da iletişime geçilmiş, yeniden adres teyidi alınmıştır. İlgili gönderi 20 Aralık'ta size ikinci kere gönderilmiş, 22 Aralık'ta tarafınıza teslim edildiği görünmektedir.
Size gönderim e-postalarını iletmemize, bilgi vermemize ve iletişime geçmemize rağmen, yaptığınız bu değerlendirme için üzgünüz.

Kaliteli Ürünler - Karşı Ödemeli Kargo
Aldığım ürünlerin kalitesi yine gayet memnuniyet verici. Önceki alışverişim için yaptığım yorumda da belirttiğim gibi ürünler premium nitelikte, beklentilerimi karşılıyor. Ancak maalesef bu siparişimde de ürünler kargo firmasınca ‘karşı ödemeli’ olarak tarafıma ulaştırıldı. Daha önce aynı durumun sehven yaşandığı belirtilmişti, fakat yeniden tekrarlanması müşteri deneyimi açısından olumsuz bir durum oluşturuyor.
Kargo ücretinin ürün fiyatına dahil edilmesi ya da sipariş esnasında tahsil edilmesi çok daha şık ve güven verici bir yöntem olurdu. Ürün kalitesi ile uyumlu olacak şekilde kargo sürecinin de gözden geçirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Mağazanın önceki yorumlarıma göstermiş olduğu ilgi ve nezakete tekrar teşekkür ederim; umarım bu geri bildirimler lojistik süreçlerde de kalıcı iyileştirmelere vesile olur.
