L'optometriste est tellement gentil et serviable, il a devencer mon rendez-vous pour m'accommoder. Hyper souriant, j'ai recommander le Bonk Look Montreal Trust à plusieurs de mes amis grace à son incroyable service!

i ordered online but its not that great to confusing when purchasing its much better to in the store better service always the girls are there to help you out and also the opticien is there in person and done fast and easy

Aucun service après vente! Mon conjoint a acheté des lunettes et a eu des problèmes avec la vision, foyer mal ajusté et en aucun cas après 1mois ils ont offert de refaire les verres et corrigé la hauteur du foyer! Monture inconfortable mal ajusté. Lors de l’achat par contre, il faut payer au complet le total de la facture même s’il a reçu que sa lunette plus d’un mois plus tard! Quel mauvais service nous avons eu! Nous irons tous les 2 ailleurs à l’avenir!!!

I recently wrote a 5 star review for Bon Look in Oshawa after my shopping experience. However my pick-up experience was the worst glasses related experience I have ever had and has completely changed my opinion on this store. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and I know how the arms need to be adjusted to sit right on my face. The optician did not listen to what I was saying and did the complete opposite. 20 minutes of adjustments and each time was worse than the last until I got tired of not being heard and of seeing her frustration with me. I left unhappy with glasses that I don’t feel comfortable wearing and I will not return to this store or recommend it to anyone.

The guy who helped me today at center Eaton location fixed my broken glasses, cleaned them and adjusted!!! And all that within 5-10 minutes. I was so grateful, thank you so much the tall man in a mask in center Eaton location

Lors de la réception de ma commande, je n'ai pas du tout reçu le bon modèle. Il m'a fallu trois semaines additionnelles pour recevoir le bon modèle. Lors d'une visite en boutique, il non pas plus ajuster mes lunettes à la forme de ma tête. Puisque j'habite à 3 heures de route de la boutique la plus proche, je ne peux pas y retourner fréquemment..

Service impeccable, opticien a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et à rendre le port de mes lunettes très confortable. J'ai rarement eu un service aussi bon chez BonLook

I’ve been a customer with BonLook for years and had a decent experience overall with my purchases and the service but this time at a Quebec store specially in Gatineau where I had to go because of insurance reasons the service was very bad and unprofessional .It’s been a month and my kid glasses has not come yet and I keep getting uncertain answers . I will never shop at this location for sure . Bonlook Gatineau you were a very bad at your service and you need a lot of improvement !!

The team were extremely kind and helpful, I had to go back a couple of times for small frame adjustments and they were more than happy to accommodate my requests. Great job to the whole team at the Montreal Trust location.

So helpful. Aashu in Toronto Eaton Centre went above and beyond. I am so grateful! I live in Calgary and BonLook locations have unfortunately closed in the past few years ... and of course I broke my glasses. Aashu searched and found a frame that would fit my progressive lenses. Fantastic!

The eye exam performed by Dr. Victoria Baree fell short of expectations. The optometrist's demeanor came across as abrupt and condescending, leading to undue stress for the patient. The use of rigid facial expressions, inflexible vocal tones, and inflammatory language was deemed unreasonable and discomforting. We do not recommend.

Very good and I appreciated their support. I came back saying my glasses were not as good as expected and they worked with me to find a solution. I ended up need different frames, that met my high prescription. No extra charge. They were totally awesome.
