Absolutely amazing Academy gives you confidence to try. The Facebook group is so supportive as well as the admin from the academy. I wouldn’t have believed I could produce pieces I am proud of and after only 6 months I’ve been able to use the skills to do my own drawings

The Bonny Snowden Academy is excellent all round. The live sessions are funny, encouraging and fantastic teaching. Numerous previous videos to tap into.

The color pencil cruise was exceptional! Bonny is such a kind, positive person you will feel like you have a best friend. Her skills are above the bar.

I joined the academy when it started having previously been a member of Bonny’s Patreon. I haven’t regretted it. There is a wealth of information and tutorials for beginners or those looking to improve their skills. Whether drawing is a hobby for you or you’re looking to start a business there is plenty of guidance available through video sessions and pdf guides. You also have access to a community of artists from all over the world, offering advice and also handy if you’re looking for recommendations of where to buy supplies. The only problem is choosing which tutorial to do next and needing more spare time because you want to do it all. Bonny is very generous with her time the content she gives us.

Joining Ignite is by far the best thing I have done in a long time, worth every penny. I just 6 months I have learnt to create drawings I never dreamed I'd be able to. Bonny's style of teaching is so easy to follow, the facebook community is so supportive, my only regret is not joining sooner.

Joining Bonny‘s ignite Academy has been the best thing that I ever did. Bonny is a Brilliant teacher always prepared to give of her knowledge. She never holds back like many artists do. She is always prepared to answer questions. It doesn’t matter what experience or lack there of that you might have. No question is too difficult for her to answer. There are so many online tutorials to choose from. She has Art club once a week critiques once a month business drop in once a month, confidence sessions once a month expert artist are invited. And many other tutorials thrown in just in case we haven’t got anything to do. HAHA

There is so much to do in Ignite, value for money is not something you will worry about. What is an issue is you wanting to find more time in your day to do it all. The variety is great, the support is wonderful. If your in anyway in doubt, look at the score, how she has dropped to 4.9 is a mystery to me!!!!!

As an 80 year old returning to art as a hobby after many years of crafting I find Bonny gentle presentation just right . Ignite allows me to use as much of the course I enjoy and have time for without feeling that I have to do it all.

I joined Bonny's Ignite Academy in 2021 and can honestly say that it was the best decision I have ever made. Bonny not only helps to teach you the fundamentals of drawing but gives excellent guidance on mindset, business advice and techniques. On top of all that she has introduced an Expert Artist Team who do additional tutorials which gives an additional level of techniques and advice. I would highly recommend The Ignite Membership if you are looking to improve your drawing skills, even if it is only for a hobby. Brilliant set up, brilliant customer service and a really fun place to be.

I really enjoyed Bonny's coloured pencil week which inspired me to join Ignite. I feel inspired by the high standard and quality of her work as well as of the other artists across different genres. It is sometimes difficult to choose a subject with so much available from reference photos on Bonny's website as well as my own photos. There's also a huge amount of information about different types of coloured pencils, papers and tools to use which can be overwhelming to a beginner or those of us who haven't used pencils since school or college. I have resisted pressure to buy Derwent Lightfast pencils so far because they sponsored Coloured Pencil Week as I need time to use the materials I already have to create pieces of art. I am following Bonny's advice to not be perfectionistic as its the opposite of the joy of creativity by using my watercolour pencils first before buying more pencils, paper and equipment.

Bonny is so enthusiastic, has a great sense of humour and so natural that it is like she is in the room with you! I look forward to her weekly live sessions and there is so much content in the Ignite hub, for all levels, that you will never run out of material to keep you going! She is very inspiring and she and her team are there if or when support is needed. It is well worth treating yourself to the membership. It's such a good experience that it feels like a child in a Christmas shop with access to all of the goodies!

I have been dabbling with colourpencils most of my life, after finding Bonnysnowdonacademy I have learnt so much. Bonny is the best teacher, I have tried a few and Bonny is by far the best. Kind, helpful and caring.

Everything about my experience with Bonny Snowdon Academy has been first rate.
I was a little dubious of signing up for the Fox Cub ‘free’ session offered via Facebook (suspiciously thinking there’s never anything good for free!) I needn’t have been. From the off it was clear this is a quality set up. As soon as the fox was done, I signed for Coloured Pencil Week, a paid event and worth every penny. What was taught in this week convinced me this is a hobby that will really make a difference to my life. Bonny, sharing her own story and really promoting a positive mental attitude confirmed I was in the right place. I signed up to ignite without hesitation, the discounted annual fee including a refund for the colour pencil week made it a no brainer. That said, I could have made a great argument to put it off as I knew the next few months won’t allow much time to draw. I decided that even if I didn’t have time to ‘do it’ I would make time to ‘view it’. So in the main that’s what I’ve done, used the time I have to observe and to compliment the amazing work of the members. This is a great organisation, positive vibes, excellent value and the most amazing generous people. I wholeheartedly recommend what Bonny and her team can do for anyone with only the slightest interest in coloured pencils.

I love the quality of the art created and taught by Bonny Snowdon, as well as the professional way she runs this online club as a business. My only disappointment is that the timing of the live classes isn’t as convenient as those during Colored Pencil Week — they’re held weekly at 8 a.m. Eastern (5 a.m. Pacific time). Other than that, this membership is worth every penny. Highly recommended for beginner colored pencil artists.

This is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and sign on. The teaching through tutorials is amazing and not overwhelming. Bonny responds to questions and has such a lovely way about her with her instruction of drawing with colored pencils. You will generate an amazing piece of art with your own hand from the first stoke to the completion of a drawing.

Bonny and her amazing Academy is the BEST art instruction I have found anywhere. She is personable, hugely talented, and offers a large array of tutorials to help hone color pencil skills to a professional level. I just love the support Bonny and her staff offer. The Academy is well structured so that anyone, regardless of time zone, can easily participate.
