Well packaged

I ordered a full bottle of 204 ( + three free minis). Delivery took long but that’s not their fault. It came very well and safely packaged (gift packaging actually, which I didn’t ask for). I would order again. Also the bottle has the new label. I also received a promo code for next purchase which is nice, maybe I will use it.

Cannot unsubscribe and keeps spamming me

I ordered some samples just before Christmas and they have been spamming with email constantly since. I've hit the unsubscribe buttons and changed email settings numerous time and they're still spamming me.

Ordered Dec 20, 2025-knowing it could be a few day to ship since it was the holidays. As of Jan 19, 2026 I have emailed 3 times, also opened a ticket on their website and also called and left a voice message which incurred calling charges to France(I'm ok with that if my issue would have been resolved). I did speak English so I get that I can't fault them for not responding to that one.

I have tried contacting them through 2 social media sites too, although I did get someone to reply that they would try and reach out to their customer service which made me hopeful. That was a week ago. No activity for a month on something they took my money and I have no product to show. Buyer BEWARE on spending money online with them.

Sadly I love the fragrances but I cannot justify buying their products if they continue to ignore their messages from customers who are getting nothing while they keep my money.

At this point, this company is a joke and I will never purchase anything from them. I have reached out to my credit card company to try and figure out what to do. How the FFFF does a company run like this?

Service client inexistant

Très sincèrement ça m'embête d'écrire cet avis, car j'adore cette marque, la qualité est incroyable et je trouve que les senteurs sont folles. Cependant j'ai effectué une commande fin de semaine dernière, en plein pendant les fêtes certes, mais j'ai oublié un article à ma commande de plus de 250 €, onéreuse et importante donc, j'ai donc directement envoyé un mail au service client, démarche qu'il fallait faire car je ne pouvais pas annuler de moi-même la commande.
Je précise que j'ai oublié un article à cause du fait que je souhaitais prendre un coffret, toujours marqué comme disponible sur le site, mais qui était en fait épuisé une fois les fragrances sélectionnées. Ça m'a donc perturbée et j'ai dû revoir mes achats en piochant dans plusieurs catégories, car des fragrances complètement différentes et de formats différents également. Aucune réponse, j'essaye de les joindre par formulaire de contact sur le site également, par téléphone, je tombe d'ailleurs directement sur la boîte vocale, et même en message privé Instagram. Rien aucune réponse. Dans le même temps je suis informée que ma commande est envoyée, donc ça a été plutôt efficace, sauf que mon parfum manquait toujours à ma commande. Bref c'est très dommage que le service client soit si nul pour une marque qui fait des parfums aussi incroyables. Résultat j'irai directement à la boutique physique à Paris, ville éloignée de chez moi, dans laquelle je me rends même pas une fois tous les deux ans, qui apparemment est géniale, et je n'hésiterai pas à informer l'équipe qui n'y est évidemment pour rien, que le site ne suit pas malheureusement pas. C'est vraiment dommage pour une marque qui est toujours en plein développement et qui propose de si formidables fragrances.
Hyper déçue...

Colis non réceptionné

Je suis très déçue. J'ai reçu au départ le mauvais parfum il y avait un bug sur leur site. J'ai fais des mains et des pieds pour pouvoir le renvoyer. Je l'ai renvoyé et il était arrivé chez eux le 22/12. J'en avais la preuve sur colissimo.
J'attends toujours mon nouveau colis affiché depuis le 23/12 sur le site privé qui me confirme n'avoir rien reçu à ce jour ( envoyé par Boxtal)
On m'a juste indiqué un numéro de tracking qui ne sert à rien au final.
Concrètement aucune nouvelle et aucun retour du sav à mes nombreux emails et sont systématiquement sur messagerie maintenant.
Honteux. Merci d'effectuer un remboursement dans ce cas là.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et nous sommes sincèrement navrés de la frustration engendrée par cette situation.

Nous confirmons avoir bien reçu votre retour le 22 décembre, comme attesté par le suivi Colissimo. Le nouveau colis a été réexpédié dès le lendemain de notre côté.

Le retard rencontré est malheureusement lié au transporteur, ce qui est visible sur le lien de suivi. Notre service client a effectué toutes les démarches nécessaires pour débloquer la situation et assurer l’acheminement du colis dans les meilleurs délais.

Nous vous confirmons également que le colis a été livré le 8 janvier avec signature. Votre demande a été prise en charge et suivie directement par notre service SAV tout au long du processus.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour ce désagrément indépendant de notre volonté et vous présentons nos excuses pour la gêne occasionnée par lle transporteur.

J’ai payé 9euro de plus pour une…

J’ai payé 9euro de plus pour une livraison express. Cela fait plus d’une semaine j’attend. C’est hors delaie cela releve d’une pratique commerciale trompeuse (L121-2).
Vous avez un trop gros manque de serieux !

Nous sommes navrés pour le retard rencontré dans la livraison de votre commande et comprenons votre mécontentement.

Nous tenons toutefois à vous préciser que les frais de livraison express ont bien été intégralement remboursés le 17 décembre. Il ne s’agit en aucun cas d’une volonté de tromper le client.

Le transporteur étant un prestataire tiers, nous dépendons de ses délais et procédures. Lorsqu’un incident survient, un temps d’investigation est nécessaire afin d’identifier la situation avant de pouvoir procéder à un remboursement ou à une action corrective, ce que nous avons fait dans votre cas.

Nous regrettons sincèrement cette expérience et le désagrément occasionné, malgré les démarches effectuées de notre côté pour traiter votre demande dans les meilleurs délais.

Poor communication and slow dispatch

Ordered one item. Not sent until 9 days later. When I sent an email to customer services on day 8, no reply, but a dispatch note sent the next day. Now three days later and still no reply and the item has still not arrived. Add at least 8-10 days on to their delivery estimate and expect radio silence.

Superbe maison de parfumerie française !

Les parfums Bon Parfumeur sont vraiment canons, on sent que chaque création est faite avec passion. J’aime beaucoup le concept des numéros. En plus, le service est top, réactif, les colis toujours soignés et livraison rapide, rien à redire ! Une belle marque française qui mérite d’être découverte ! ❤️

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.

Ordered my item and paid for express delivery. Anyway a few days passed no tracking, so I contacted them via Facebook as they were not replying to emails.

They got back saying the item was out of stock which was fine but never updated me until I got in contact. I was told it would be dispatched on the Friday/saturday.

Monday comes along still no notification of dispatch, so I contacted them again and they said they still haven’t received the stock, at this point I asked to cancel my order and give me a full refund. To which I had a very unpleasant response.

Rude customer service. Will not order again

2 orders. 2 issues. 100% failure.

I've ordered 2 times, first time I never received the goods. I asked for their support, had to open 3 tickets as their email address for support tickets wouldn't work. I received my first order with a small gift after debugging their support system.

I ordered a second time for a big bottle of perfume going it'll get better. I received only the free samples. Tried to contact them. No answer on Instagram, by email, by phone, or from their contact form.
I ended up asking PayPal for a refund.

Issues can happen. At least get a good support if you can't manage delivery. Never ordering again.

Great, long lasting scents

Really interesting and long lasting scents.
Whilst I did have an issue with a return and the company were unresponsive for a while once they picked up my email they dealt with the exchange very quickly.

Très déçue

Très déçue , le site annonce la possibilité de recevoir sa commande sous 24h avec chronospost. Une fois la commande passée, aucune communication, obligée de demander des infos sur la livraison par mail et tout ça pour que 3 jours plus part la commande soit finalement annulée pour soit disant un pb de réassort … à ce jour le site annonce encore le produit en stock . Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site et leur SAV qui manque de communication. Pour une maison qui tente de viser le haut de gamme, revoyez votre copie ! Même SHEIN communique mieux et est plus organisée

DO NOT order online. Don’t risk it.

TLDR: My order arrived a month late with almost no communication, and I wouldn’t risk ordering online from them again.

I never leave reviews. But after this, I feel I have to. I placed an order on the 17th July, with delivery expected by the 24th. It arrived today, one whole month later. But in between that time, I emailed 5 times, messaged on Instagram, called (left a voicemail), replied to the order number confirmation email - and NO sufficient response. One email, saying “We are currently checking what is causing the delay with your order” and nothing else. I tried replying to that email and nothing back. I was ready to contact my bank and get the £200 back, until it randomly arrived with no information. The fact it was a month later is one thing; the fact I had no communication after spending a relatively substantial amount of money is another. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Not worth the risk.

J'ai découvert récemment le 103, c'est un parfum estival incroyable. J'ai eu un petit souci avec ma commande avec le service mondial relay, mais l'équipe Bon Parfumeur m'a directement renvoyé le nouveau colis. Réponse rapide et très pro !!
