Hi Kris,

We get intense sun in the afternoon, and the wind/sunscreen does an amazing job of providing much need shade and cooling for our patio. The motorized screens were easy to install, and they are easy to operate with the standard remote control.

The screen is nice. The instructions could be better, but after seeing a few different sets of instructions we figured it out. After that is was a pretty simple setup. I did have an issue, there was a tear in the corner of the screen. I emailed support and they replaced the unit quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they responded, AAA+ rating on the support team. Overall, it provides shade and privacy, so does it job!
