I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this brand. I visited the store to purchase a ring, but my size is not available at that location. I was told that my size will be transferred from another branch and that I would be contacted once it arrived the following week. However 3 weeks passed with no communication. When I visited the store again, the ring was still unavailable, and there was no clear explanation.
If the item was no longer available, I should have been informed honestly from the beginning. This lack of transparency and follow-up is unacceptable, especially from a brand that positions itself as luxury brands! Compared to other high-end jewelers, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I’ve had such a great experience with Nomeda at Boodles Manchester and genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough.

From the first time we met, she’s really gone out of her way to understand me, the watches I like and the kind of Patek Philippe collection I want to build over the years. It’s never felt like she’s simply trying to sell me a watch. She takes the time to explain the pieces, their history and craftsmanship, and has really helped guide me through the start of my Patek journey.

What I appreciate most is how personal she makes the whole experience. She remembers the little things we’ve spoken about, takes a genuine interest in the milestones behind the watches and always makes both me and my wife feel incredibly welcome.

I’ve now purchased a couple of very special pieces through Nomeda and every experience has been exceptional. I’m really looking forward to continuing to build my collection with her and Boodles for many years to come.

I was assisted by Mimi from the Royal Exchange branch. The customer service Mimi offered was exceptional, she is warm, hospitable, and patient. Before I choose my bracelet I visited many times before I made a decision, and nothing was too much trouble. The other staff in the store are also very friendly and helpful. A daunting experience to enter such a prestigious store but the welcome was a reflection on the beautiful, creative and innovative jewellery designs: Issy & Gabby had a professional and charming rapport which instantly made me feel at ease. There was no pressure to purchase and myself and my dear friends were treated with grace and an interest into my desire to eventually own and wear a ‘Boodles’ ring and bracelet. Sincere thanks to a wonderful team.

We bought our wedding rings at Boodles Harrods. We had a very positive and enjoyable experience. The manager was very helpful and guided us through our purchase.

Literally don’t bother calling the Liverpool store with an enquiry because you will received rude, abrupt and arrogant responses! They need to consider who is on the phone - multiple repeat customer!

Back in 2018 I had the pleasure to be in Dublin and stop into the Boodles store there. I was looking for a specific Patek 5524-G watch and had searched the world with little luck. Surprise they had one, at first they were unwilling to sell it to me as it was being saved for some longterm client which is common practice with highly sought after watches. In the end they sold me this piece. All throughout the whole staff, but especially Susie Golby were lovely folks. So fast forward to 2024 and I have worn out the strap and when sourcing a new one found it would not fit the buckle on my watch. Come to find out Patek had somehow fit my watch with an identical strap that was originally for a Patek 5960. The straps look exactly the same other than one is a bit narrower and hence a smaller buckle. I immediately reached out to Suzie, who took this task on and worked with Boodles and Patek executives to resolve this. I just received that new strap and buckle and am so happy to have my watch as designed now. Honest mistake by Patek and an extremely well handled outcome by Suzie and the Boodles team for a customer who lives 5100 miles away in California. Top notch service and team. Thanks again Suzie!!!

Bought my wedding ring from Boodles Liverpool service and quality second to none.

I first brought from Boodles a few years ago and I have been going back ever since. I LOVE the jewellery designs and the quality. The customer service had been amazing, second to none. I have always been made welcome and never been made to feel intimidated by any of the lovely staff members. Awesome - would highly recommend

Leeds store of Boodles is fantastic. From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm and welcoming. Make you special as a person, plus open arms to the family. Feel part of the boodles family and will look forward to many more purchases over the years.

Without doubt the rudest most unprofessional experience I have had in any retail environment. Avoid Boodles in the Royal Exchange at all costs the Manager is a psychopath.
