Bestelling geplaatst en betaald via Klarna. Goederen nooit ontvangen en boohoo ontkend ondank via meerdere bankafschrift bewijzen te hebben gestuurd en refentienrs, geen geld te hebben ontvangen. Kastje naar de muur en uiteindelijk nooit geld terug ontvangen noch kleding. Boohoo gaf aan dat ik maar contact met min bank moest opzoeken, ook die bevestigde afschrijving, boohoo nooit meer gereageerd, geen goederen en geld weg. Wat een slecht bedrijf en oplichterij

AVOID SCAMMERS

Hello, I returned every item in order and this ongoing issue has been going on since April 24 this year. It has been so stressful. I had to pay the balance on karma of £30.45 as late fees was going to be applied. Klarna advised to pay this and contact boohoo for the refund. I provided evidence of my return and booohoo has incorrectly refunded me as I returned every item. Only thing I need to pay for is the delivery fee of £3.99. Please please help. I have been contacting booho customer service for months I get ignored and no response!!

Ich habe keine gute Erfahrung gemacht...
Hosen viel zu lang auch für tall Girls!
Wollte zurückschicken doch keine Post nimmt es an und DHL kann es nicht einscannen.
Auf meine E-Mail wird nicht geantwortet und das Retourlabel ist nicht nützlich.
Die Hosen sind schon relativ teuer und deswegen finde ich es unverschämt das kein guter Kundendienst vorhanden ist!

Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana

Heb 2 dingen besteld waarvan er 1 niet…

Heb 2 dingen besteld waarvan er 1 niet leuk was, dus retour gestuurd via PostNl op 20-09, en zie via track&trace dat retour p[akket op 25-09 is aangepakt in Eindhoven door Boohoo depot. Gelukkig via Klarna gedaan omdat er vaak iets mis gaat bij dit soort bedrijven. Krijg nu mail van Klarna dat tr&tr niet klopt want Boohoo geeft retour niet door aan klarna.
Bellen kan je ze niet en nu via contactformulier en via Instagram contact gezocht. Gaat het eerst in het Nederlands en daarna in het Engels, en vervolgens hoor je niets meer. Bestel hier niet....slecht bedrijf!!

I registered the return on July 11 within the cooling-off period of 28 days, I am not to blame for the fact that the return label I received does not work. I reported this on July 16 and have not received a response from you, this was sent via email. I have indicated to you again via Messenger that I would like to receive a working label to return the item.
I would like to be able to return the item, this time I would like to receive a label that works.

Oplichters, besteld en geen bevestigingsmail gekregenen

Een bestelling geplaatst op 25/9 en betaald. Geen bevestigingsmail gehad. Je kunt niet bellen en vragen naar je bestelnummer, hoe kan ik dat weten als ik geen bevestigingsmail heb gehad. Wanneer ik een screenshot bij voeg van de betaling staat er in de chat: "Sorry, I'm unable to handle images, video or audio. Please could you provide a description in text so that I can assist you"
Nooit iets bestellen!! Oplichters!!!

BOOHOO E LA SUA SPEDIZIONE SONO SEMPRE UNA DELUSIONE!

L’anno scorso feci un ordine pagando la spedizione express (€20) per la consegna in 1/2 giorni e il pacco arriverò in estremo ritardo in quanto rimase bloccato in dogana,ogni volta che scrivevo all’assistenza di boohoo l’unica cosa che sapevano dirmi era “aspetta la data di consegna prevista” ,quando in realtà ho dovuto fare i salti mortali contattando ups perché serviva il codice fiscale perché venisse rilasciato.

La storia si ripete,ho fatto un ordine,giovedì 19 settembre e pagato per la spedizione classica (€6,consegna in 6 giorni lavorativi) ad oggi 26/09/24 DAL TRACKING RISULTA SOLO CHE l’etichetta è stata creata, ho chiamato FedEx e mi hanno detto CHE IL PACCO DA PARTE LORO NON È MAI STATO RITIRATO,QUINDI AD OGGI,UNA SETTIMANA DOPO IL MIO ORDINE,IL PACCO NON È NEANCHE MAI PARTITO! HO CONTATTO IL SERVIZIO CLIENTI SU INSTAGRAM PREGANDOLI DI VERIFICARE QUALE FOSSE IL PROBLEMA È L’UNICA COSA CHE RIESCONO A DIRE A RIPETIZIONE È DI ASPETTARE IL 27/09 PERCHÉ SICURAMENTE LO RICEVERÒ ,MA COME FACCIO A RICEVERLO SE NON È NEANCHE MAI PARTITO?

Your chat bot doesn't work at site eu.boohoo, your return label don't accept by any carrier(Speedy, Econt). And it is difficult to find any contacts(email, telephone) at site to contact with your customer service team. Please fix communication process with your client!!!!
Please provide list of carriers who acceptin EU your orders for returning?

Discount disappeared after entering payment details

The prices showed in your basket can suddenly change after entering your payment details, this gives me scam vibes. I did not get the 50% summer discount, promoted everywhere on the website. Customer service states that their prices can vary. This is not fair! Now I have to pay to send it back, since I couldn't cancel my order.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer…

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Recieved my order last week and discovered an item missing. Contacted Boohoo Customer Support expecting it to be easily rectified, couldn't have been more wrong. I have emailed back and forth since initial contact with 4 different members of staff basically insinuating I'm lying and saying they could take legal action because according to them they viewed CCTV and the item was definitely packed. I was not going to let this go as I know for a fact I should have received 7 items in my order but only 6 was delivered. I provided proof that the weight on the postage label matched the weight of the 6 items i received, if there was 7 items the weight would have been more. Still they insisted they sent the item. I then made a SAR request to view this apparent CCTV 4 different members of staff say they viewed shown all items being packed along with a letter template from the ICO. Surprise surprise, I have just received another email from a manager apologising saying they went and viewed the CCTV and my item was infact not packed and it will now be sent out. After reading reviews on other sites this appears to be a common occurrence with Boohoo, how many customers are they getting away with stealing from because they are insisting they have CCTV evidence and making customers feel there is nothing more they can do. I will be continuing with my complaint through the ICO.

I received my order and there was an item missing.. I contacted boohoo and delt with somebody called Princess.. she was excellent and delt with the problem straight away.. the new item was sent out straight away via next day delivery...

niet bestellen

Al 2 maanden aan het wachten op m’n geld. Ik had het retour gestuurd omdat het product niet overeen komt met de foto’s. Het is allemaal slechte kwaliteit. Eindelijk geld terug maar moest opeens verzending en retour kosten betalen terwijl er op de website staat dat als je alles terug stuurt je de verzending terug krijgt. Dus dat mail ik dan krijg ik een beschuldiging terug dat ik het pas na 2 maanden retour heb gestuurd wat overduidelijk niet het geval is. Slechte zaak allemaal.

ça n'arrête pas de marquer ERREUR pour obtenir un code de retour pour pouvoir imprimer mon étiquette et ma boite mail ainsi que mon mot de passe ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur 5 et bien sûr pas de numéro de tél pour les joindre et leur boîte mail en anglais

Wat heb ik een spijt zeg ik had echter eerst naar reviews moeten lezen van boohoo zoveel mensen met hetzelfde probleem en hoe kan het dat er hierop zo snel wordt gereageerd maar op mijn mail niet wat op jullie webshop staat bij klantenservice dit is echt niet normaal hoe moet ik contact met jullie krijgen zodat dit opgelost kan worden jullie chatbox werkt ook niet.
