A really great product, using with success on my holiday rental website. I was apprehensive because I'm not very technical but customer services (Evelyn!) is excellent, very quick responses offering a real simple way to do things, and I'm finding that once I know what I'm doing, it's all pretty intuitive. I was looking for an affordable booking tool in multiple languages, and completely up to my preferences. Very happy that I finally discovered Bookingmood (after some disappointments with other tools/companies). And on top of that, the backoffice of Bookingmood really thinks with you and even stretches the possibilities so you get the ideal booking tool.

They were the only platform we found that didn’t charge per‑booking fees, and the only one flexible enough—thanks to their API—to support the custom web app we built for our culinary retreats. My business is a seasonal one and it happens that it might be tricky to reactivate Bookingmood and modify some booking functions. I stucked not knowing how to modify the buffer days so I asked Trustpilot for help. It was Sunday and I expected their assistance would start on Monday. But no, it was prompt, on the very same Sunday Evelyn asked me for some additional information about my issue and on Monday the very detailed description of procedure to follow to modify the buffer days was at my desk! Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over Bookingmood. In het begin is het even wennen en moet je je weg in het systeem vinden, maar zodra je ermee werkt merk je hoe uitgebreid en prettig het is.

Wat voor mij echt het verschil maakt, is de persoonlijke ondersteuning. Als ik ergens niet uitkom, heb ik één vast aanspreekpunt dat altijd met me meedenkt en me uit de brand helpt. Dat Lennart bovendien Nederlands spreekt, maakt de communicatie extra makkelijk en prettig.

Lennart, bedankt voor al je geduld, snelle hulp en betrokkenheid. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kan ik met vertrouwen werken in het systeem. Een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbaar boekingssysteem met uitstekende service!

Goed doordacht boekingssysteem. Als je ergens tegen aan loopt reageren ze direct en denken ze met je mee. Het werkt goed voor ons, maar vooral voor onze gasten. De gasten krijgen geen moeilijke vragenformulieren. Alles goed overzichtelijk en ook voor ze in Nederlands te hanteren. We bevelen dit bedrijf zeker aan.
