If I could give zero star rating I would!
Utterly incompetent!!!! Take your money and still no show of the product 10 days later and no contact from them what so ever.
Avoid at all cost!!!

After the above review e-mail received saying would receive a call from customer care to resolve issue, great.
5 days later:
Still awaiting that call……
Still no product…….
Still no refund…….
If you don’t want to be ripped off and scammed , AVOID!!!

Pretty certain this is a scam website.

Ordered a manga book through express checkout on the 4th december. It is now the 12th and i have not at all received an email with a confirmation or a tracking/order number, nothing that even states i made an order apart from the charge on my bank.

Tried to check on the website for any information about my order but because i didn’t make an account when buying it doesn’t show anything. After looking at other reviews it seems customer support services are pointless so im just going to dispute with my bank even though the purchase was fairly recent.

If it does end up coming i will change this review, but if you’re seeing this as a 1 star review then it still hasn’t come and is likely a SCAM WEBSITE!! BEWARE!!

My book did not arrived . There is no option to contact them or to track. One big scam! It’s a shame the companies like this have a right to exist in this country!

This is just a front for Fruugo. They do not deserve even 1 star.

Placed an order for ‘The Colour Monster’ about a week ago. Cheapest I had seen it £6 odd whereas everywhere else was £13+. As I pressed order I noticed the page was made in 2025 which automatically made me sceptical. After coming here to check, I quickly assumed I had been scammed. However, I persevered. Was emailed confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates. Really pleased that I have received my order exactly as expected!

Scam website. Should have checked Trustpilot before! Robbed of 60 euros for a book from a bookstore that clearly doesn't exist. No tracking number, no way of contacting customer service. Karma will get you little shits!

I give them 1 but 0 would be better. I ordered an expensive book for my husbands Christmas present that was on the 15/12/24 we have not received the book, i have tried to contact them several times and no reply. I do believe they are scammers as like many other reviews many of us have had the same issue! I urge you dont buy from these scammers….

Ordered book on 18th December 2024 estimated delivery 24th-30th December still waiting for the book no tracking details and book company that is supposed to have shipped the book doesn't seem to exist.

SCAM - ORDERS NEVER RECEIVED - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BOOKMEGASTORE

I ordered a book on December 2, 2023. Today is January 5, 2024 and I still haven't received the book. The Book Megastore website DOES NOT allow me to make a claim about this situation. The website DOES NOT give any EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER to call.

I lost money and time.

For reference, the order number is 121708527.

Very happy with the delivery time and the perfect condition of the book I ordered.

Unfortunately a bad service all round. After ordering and paying for one book (on 9th Sept), I had a message stating that this would be delivered "between 19th and 25th Sept" - so not rapid delivery (only arrived on 28th Sept) however...
After trying to track the delivery (through the very poor carrier known as 'Fruugo') please be aware that it is near on impossible!
Fruugo website appears great at first BUT... If you try tracking - you get a message stating "something went wrong, we can't give you this info - please try again later" - Which when you 'try again later / the next day / a few days later' - you get the same message!
If you then select the option of "I haven't received my package" you then get an option to message them - which doesn't work! You get an option on said message in reply to 'click the "help" link on their website to enquire of the status' - which as you can guess takes you right back to the above process!! (Going around in circles).
When you do then receive a message back via email, the whole message just says "Hi" - with no reply to your enquiry!! - not very helpful at all.
And if you think it's better to speak to a human being and try calling their Customer Services telephone line, you get the message "sorry, we no longer offer Customer Support on the phone, please refer to website and go to the 'Help' section!! - Which is right back to the above comments/problems!
Very frustrating and poor customer service in my eyes when you can't find out the status of a late order.
Overall, the book I bought was great but:
> Dispatch/delivery times are long
> It was delivered later than promised - with no apology or explanation
> Courier company are a major let down and have the poorest tracking/customer service facility I have experienced.
I hope that the 'Bookmegastore' take these constructive comments on board for future customers.

Habe ein "teueres" wissenschaftliches Buch, das in Deutschland nicht kurzfristig erhältlich war, innerhalb 8 Arbeitstagen erhalten. Print after Ordering, vom Springer Verlag, zum Drittel des deutschen Preises. RESPEKT!

Scam website. I ordered and paid but the book was never delivered. I figured the least I can do is to warn other people. So please be warned, DO NOT buy from this site!

Compré un libro en inglés de La Historia Interminable, supuestamente un facsimil del original. Me llega un cuaderno con fotocopias en color procedente de China, encuadernado con tapas marrones y unos apliques metálicos simulando las serpientes. Además no es la historia completa, solo hasta que Bastian llega a Fantasia. Si lo quiero devovler, debo pagar gastos de envío (a China). Si no queréis ser estafados, no adquiráis este producto.
