Veronica Elizondo was extremely helpful assisting me in finding a new Medicare supplement insurance plan for less premium. She completed the application with me over the phone and submitted it directly to the carrier. She was professional, personable, and explained the process thoroughly. Very wonderful to work with.

Cameo R. found me a terrific option for a Supplemental Plan when I started Medicare Part B, and helped me get properly signed up. Later, I was having a very difficult time finding a Primary Care Provider who accepts new Medicare patients in my area, and Wendy S. stepped in to guide me to several possibilities. This additional assistance was not expected, and was hugely appreciated.

Harli was there every step of the way through email issues I had, rescheduling due to illness, rescheduling due to family emergencies. Never once did she complain. In fact she did all she could to work around my chaos! She answered EVERY question with a smile over the phone! She is the type of person, employee that makes you recommend the company. I was having a terrible time trying to get supplemental insurance for Medicare Parts A and B. I couldn't get anyone to provide me with the answers to my questions until I got connected with Le Tisha Pattenaude. She was able to answer all of my questions and even provided me with information I had not thought about. She is the most informed person I spoke with regarding Medicare and the only one I found who could answer my questions. She was very courteous and most helpful.
