I never received my order. I sent them emails, and they responded once, but without information. It shows that it has been delivered, but I have never received the Christmas tree. I paid through Paypal and opened a claim through them. This Store must be banned as far as I am concerned. I am absolutely disgusted! Thanks to PayPal for assisting me with this scam company.

Such a scam. Ordered a tree through TikTok and like many others the tracking number said it was delivered to my mailbox… A 9 foot tree was not delivered to my mailbox or my front door and I can’t get a response through any other emails. This website is a complete scam.

Ordered on 11/10, still haven’t received. Paid extra for shipping express. Emailed them but no response. Thinking I got scammed.

Purchased through TikTok 11/5 via express shipping! have yet to receive any tracking info and received NO RESPONSE when emailing to inquire about status!

I will be disputing the charge !

I paid the extra money for express shipping. It’s been over 2 weeks and have not received product or a tracking number . Sent several emails and haven’t received a response. Only reason it got one star is because I couldn’t write a review with out it. Wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Complete scam

They took my money and sent a fake tracking number. Pay Pal won't do a thing about it. I'm finished with them. Pay pal said to wait for the package since they sent a tracking number. It's fake! This coming is stealing from alot of innocent people.

Seems like too good to be true off of TikTok. Ordered my tree on 11/7. Since then I’ve sent multiple emails to Boomira & PayPal, but not a single reply. Tracking info doesn’t work either. That’s just sad if it’s a scam,

Ordered jeans 3 weeks ago. No tracking info. Sent 4 emails to customer service and NO response. They have my money and I have no jeans. Next step is BBB.

I purchase a christmas tree through Tik Tok on Nov 7 money was taken out on Nov 12 no shipping information email all the emails an no return the email or called me to this day I DO NOT HAVE A CHRISTMAS TREE TikTok needs to take them off there shopping area. In today time this shouldn't happen.... the other name this company uses in Farmington.

I ordered the tiktok tree and I received NOTHING! Do not buy anything. I have emailed them to know where the tree is and I have not been contacted either. Fake, Fake, Fake.

Order was confirmed however no tracking and no response re: shipping. No Christmas Tree is being sold only LIES! And Pay Pal need to be ashamed of themselves...I put in a bank dispute that was denied by PAYPAL had to gather evidence and after a notarized letter my claim was finally approved. PAYPAL and TikTok should be held liable! Also count me in in on any class action suit as this was an AWFUL experience 😕

Unfortunately, TikTok got us all with the amazing Christmas tree. This store is an online scam.
