I bought this extension in November 2017 after waiting for it for a long time. It was the last part for us to be able to move to Magento 2. We needed 5 months to finish our shop and going live, so it was time to test this extension. The 3 months support period was already overdue by then, but I thought installation might be no problem.
Indeed it wasnt but the extension itself is full of flaws. The extension claims to be able to handle different prices in Magento 2 and Amazon. This function is indeed featured when updating products, but when importing orders it is not... Whoever build this, did not really think it through.
Furthermore, imported orders are completely wrong taxated. Each and every order imported into the shop, hence is plain wrong and can be the end of any busines, should you be checked by tax institution!
Orders import does work by cronjob, but the backend posibilities of up to 9 days from now is not working at all. Only unshipped orders are processed.
On top, this Extension claims to handle all 5 european Amazon marketplaces, but fails to even create UK orders correctly. The orders imported are created in EURO, although in UK you sell for british pounds. Note that the value does not even get adjusted, the pound price will just be shown as euro without any currency adjustment. Not usable on live server for professional sellers.

What does support say to this? First, they want me to buy a new license, because it is 2 months overdue. Makes 250€. This extension costs already a bunch but they want you to pay 50% again for NOT EVEN A WORKING PRODUCT. This is an absolute unprofessional.
Support claims the issue is only on my side and other clients are happy. Sorry, but this extension has just been installed and nothing else. The issues it is causing are not even adjustable in the backend, so it is definitely a code problem.

Boss of the company just ignores and leaves the Sale support, claiming helplessly "this is just a pre-sale chat, you have to buy license and support team will fix it." The support team, for several days now just writes me questions, without any solution or progress. I feel this will not work out and the money is lost. By the way, I asked the head of the company, if MAYBE i have an outdated version and this beta issues might have been solkved. Heck I was ready to pay the damn 250 bucks, but he says, after the extension is more than 6 months old, that I have the newest version...

This extension is not worth the money because it does not perform the promised tasks at all.
