Kickstart to weightloss
The app has been really helpful in keeping me accountable. I am keeping to the calories Natalie has given me and drinking more water. I have lost weight every week including a week where I had two weddings and a birthday party. For anyone needing a kick start I would recommend this. I also find the WhatsApp group very helpful as Natalie posts are encouraging

I was hesitant to join, thinking the free 28 days sounded too good to be true, but I can absolutely confirm that this lovely team of people have done exactly what they say in their initial call with you, Adele reassured me and explained things clearly.
From my first chat with my coach Natalie and the introduction to the app I knew I had made the right decision. Everything is straightforward to follow, I can send a message to my coach and get answers/ support quickly. Natalie listened to my exercise worries and adapted my programme to ensure my injuries were protected. It all makes me accountable and my weekly check in helps me focus.
The WhatsApp group is a safe place to ask questions, see daily motivation texts from the coach and chat to other ladies on the programme.
I am pleased to say that I have followed the programme fully for the last 28 days and I am losing inches from my waist and hips and feel so much better. The scales are even showing good results. The progress of weight loss is steady and this is great as I can keep it off ... No more yo-yo waist line!
Perimenopause is certainly a challenge when wanting to lose that menobelly but with the advice and knowledge of these ladies I can have my questions answered and explanations given to help me succeed.
I have signed up for my next stage with the team and looking forward to continuing to see a fitter, healthy version of me on the coming months!

I was finding it hard to get myself going as a perimenopausal woman, this app helped me focus on my health in a way that feels sustainable. The weekly calls were a good motivator on days was finding it tricky and options for exercise and nutrition advice were so helpful.
Really good programme for accountability
Really good programme for anyone wanting to get into shape and focus on healthy eating. Natalie is a great mentor and the weekly check ins help with keeping me accountable. The app is also very helpful when it comes to keeping track of measurements, food logging and also accessing workouts from home.
Excellent expreince
Boost Your Body has been great. Natalie has been really supportive with her check ins and helping get into a routine that is sustainable.
Having someone to report to and be accountable to has really helped me to get bavknon track and the ap is easy to use to track your food and water I take. I am now making much healthier choices and not snacking so much.
Having the structure of easybtonuse exercises really helps. They are quick and done on no time.

A fantastic program with wonderful coaches
A fantastic programme with truly wonderful support. Natalie was there on hand to answer any questions and to give advice and share her knowledge. The app is great, just what I needed to hold me accountable for my food intake and activity levels, it has made me very aware of which category most of my go to food choices are - too many carbs and not enough protein! For me, this 28 day program has really given me the shake I needed to look after myself and my body better. Thank you!

I’d been toying around with my Fitness for some years, being in my late 40’s, I wanted to have some guidance from someone who understood that your body in your 40’s/50’s needs different things than when you’re in your 20’s and that’s exactly what I found with Boost your Body!
People who understood the changes my body was going through in perimenopause and what it needed to enable me to be the best version of myself. This is a safe space to be educated, guided and have a fab network with like minded people who are all on the same journey, or who have been there and done it and are happy to share their honest, lived experiences with you and what worked for them.
Since starting on the programme, I feel totally motivated, which was something I just couldn’t seem to muster up on my own despite numerous attempts, my body feels so much more fluid, even after a relatively short space of time… my joints are feeling much less ‘cranky’
I feel more confident in the gym, knowing that the machines I’m using are actually benefiting me, I’m also enjoying having the option to have exercise plans for when I’m at home, it’s so versatile and I can work it around my life.
I would absolutely recommend Boost your Body to anyone, I really feel like I’ve got my mojo back! 👌🏼 Thank you to all the lovely staff and other members who are brilliant!
28 day worth giving a try
I have just completed the 28 day programme. I have not been regularly exercising for a while and I had put on weight I am trying to lose. I had already loasy 1 kg before starting the programme. During the programme I have lost 3 more kgs. The team overall is very friendly and encouraging. Natalie is very responsive and motivating. The programme has got me back into a nice exercise routine that I will be keeping up. I would have liked a more structured meal plans to reach the macros goals as this was new to me and what food gives you the protein you need. But overall good experience and results...thank you xxx

It’s a good programme to help…
It’s a good programme to help focus/refocus on goals and develop a routine for healthy eating , fluid intake and exercise and movement. Weekly checkin calls are positive and encouraging. Good part is I could enjoy my favourite foods without any guilt as long as it’s in moderation and I am within my macros.
Natalie is very responsive , even to any queries I have had in between the weekly calls and I found that refreshing and useful.
There is no shaming and they are focussed on working my way, what works best for me and my body.

I have found the experience very useful. It has helped me realise what goals I need to achieve, made me look at my diet and fluid intake. I found all the staff helpful and my PT Natalie was great, very encouraging. Her weekly chats were motivating and she would always be checking my info on the app and commenting which was great. I would have loved to have completed the full course but due to work commitments have not been able to. The group chat was positive and helped as well.
Cohesive and effective wellness plan
The 1:1 weekly support together with a very clear diet plan and exercise routine was easy to understand and follow and supported personal accountability and motivation. The additional WhatsApp group provided added support and information daily.
4 week free program to get back on track
After a recent knee injury I had completely come off track. This programme helped me to reintroduce healthy lifestyle habits incrementally. The suggested exercises were tailored to my needs. Natalie was always prompt in responding to my messages and queries. I felt good about the weekly tweaks made to my programme. I thought I was a healthy eater before but the app made it easy to see where I needed to tweak to get better results. Tracking food for me was a game changer.
