Excellent product, cleaned my step daughters rugby boots.

The Sizzle buddy works great. After being sceptical initially, I was really impressed with how well it works on a hot grill.
The reservoir holds a good amount, but if you do need to top up, it's quick and simple.
The bristles seem good quality and quite tough. Bought some spares to replace when necessary but it will definitely outlast the cheap disposable scrapers which I go through a few each year.

Order arrived promptly. It is a gift so not used yet. Had a free gift, which is a nice touch, thanks!

Website and ordering process were straightforward. Delivery was prompt with no issues. The Boot Buddy has been invaluable for washing muddy paws! It’s very well made, robust and easy to stow away when not in use.

Ordered product on 28th April emailed a week later to say not received. I was told that the parcel had been lost in transit by courier. Requested a replacement or refund under consumer rights. 2 emails sent no response. Bought as a birthday present in plenty of time. Am now having to go through my bank to get my money back. They need to re look at their customer service!!! Would not buy direct from company

Joke of a company, bought on a Saturday with a promise of shipment same day, 1 week later I chased and they said they had run out of banana spray… I said send with the replacement product they offered. Further 2 weeks ignoring all my emails, even after threatening to get the money back through my bank. No phone number, do not buy from these clowns!! Don’t be sucked in by the social media pages and “Dragons Den” comments.

I’ve been using boot buddy products for years and they are really handy to have and quality made products.
The boot buddy is a great tool and I am a big fan of the shoe deodorants. They have my recommendation.

I am very disappointed with the post-purchase service. My package arrived with insufficient postage paid by the sender, meaning I had to pay a £7 surcharge to the courier just to receive my items.

I contacted customer service immediately and provided a photo of the receipt as requested. They told me they would "look into it," but it has now been over a month, and they have stopped responding to my emails entirely despite multiple follow-ups. I shouldn't have to pay extra for a business's shipping error, and being "ghosted" after a mistake is unacceptable. I hope this can be resolved quickly, but I wouldn't recommend ordering until their communication improves.

Ordering and delivery were good. Item well made but I did find it hard to hold and quite slipery in my small hands still hard to squeeze although im sure I'd got the soft bottle one.

My product arrived damaged. Terrible customer service. Emails and messages via social media platforms attempting to obtain a replacement or refund ignored. No telephone number.

Works really well for cleaning my golf shoes and clubs, saves the messing about of filling a bucket of soapy water and using a scrubbing brush. Deodorisers leave the shoes/trainers smelling fresh.

Brilliant boot dryers & fresheners. Always work, even in work & football boots. We have several pairs in rotation & these new ones are great for our sporty & active family.

Brilliant to use and clean your boots.
Have been thinking a long time about buying one of these, should have got one years ago.

Looks & feels well made, a quality addition to my golf bag

Placed my order 19/03. Have not received my order or my refund. I have been chasing this and they are just ignoring my emails. Not a great customer service. This was supposed to be a gift. And now I am just out of pocket. I will be contacting my bank to raise a dispute. Avoid this company at all costs.

Does exactly as advertised, I purchased a paw buddy and it is great for muddy walks with my pup
