Very disappointed
Very disappointed. £170 boots didn’t survive more than 1 game and 2 training sessions. What the website doesn’t tell you is that they do not provide any warranty for boots. - even if they’re faulty. Won’t be back…

This is also stated on each product page under the description of each model.
As a reseller of old and classic boots (some of which are up to 20 years old) we only underwrite that the boots are authentic and in brand new condition as described on our website.
This is all clearly stated on our returns policy on our website - like all resellers we can only guarantee that our boots are brand new and authentic and offer refunds if our customer is not satisfied on arrival (and not used) for up to 14 days.
We do, however, wish to look after our customers long term so are willing to offer you a discount on any future order as a good will gesture. Our customer services can be contacted at info@bootsfinder.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Unreal! I've after a pair of the Neymar Golden Dream 2014 Hypervenom Phantom, for years. Such a rare boot to find these days and these are in immaculate condition. When I opened the box I wasn't even sure if anyone else had even looked at them yet! Impeccable boots & great service!

Superb service
Excellent service and communication with the seller. I ordered a pair of boots for my son - an old model he hasn't been able to find anywhere and the boots arrived within timescales provided. Very impressed with the service. There was an issue with the order that has been resolved promptly and efficiently. I wish everyone looked after their customers like bootsfinder.co.uk does. I will definitely use this site in the future.

We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the postal service - our boots are sent the next working day after an order has been placed (if abroad we like to confirm your address first).
We use DHL which are one of the best courier companies but I'm afraid we cannot be held responsible for speed of the postal services in other countries.
Due to the pandemic most services have been affected and times can be slower which we believe is understandable at this time.
I have checked and glad to see you have received the boots within the quoted time of 5 - 7 days for orders sent abroad.
