We are sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the delay with the order and can see that it did arrive 5 days out of turnaround. We understand this is not ideal and has caused an inconvenience. This was reported to try and prevent this from occuring in the future.
Please rest assured that the majority of orders do arrive by the estimated date and we truly apologise that this was not the case on this occasion. We can see that due to the delay we have processed a full refund for this order and are glad to hear that the order was received.
