I bought a S5\S6 braided blazer from BE uniform falkirk store back in July for my son going back to school in August when my son put it on for his first day back we noticed that the stitching around the braiding was very bad so he took it off and we returned it to the same store who then said that it's so bad it can't be fixed and will have to be replaced so they sent it back to their HQ in Duns with new order, we just received what we thought was the new blazer yesterday 29 August 24 but it was not it was the exact same blazer with all the same faults no repairs or replacement with no expectation to why. Not happy as my son has had no blazer to wear since he went back.

BE uniform have since helped me with this issue and have confirmed they are sending a new blazer to which we are waiting on helped on 2/9/24 by Rep Shana R. HQ giving the help I have received from the Falkirk store and HQ I have updated my review and star rating from 1 to 3 stars for customer service.

Terrible service and zero customer care. Ordered school and nursery uniform, called 3 times to check progress and continuously told to just wait. Coming up to 28 day mark I called again to be told no stock available for jumpers, haven’t had any and don’t know when they’ll get them in. Order just left on hold, zero contact to explain or to offer to split order. I had to call again and asked if I can have my order split. Never again use this place nothing but issues and the sizes are all over the place. 5-6 then jumps to 7-8. Ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would. School started 20.08.24, primary one for my daughter, no blazer has arrived yet nor has her pinafore. Get no help online, email or phone call. Won't ever purchase from here again! Thankfully our school are now embroidering clothing at a fraction of the price, which I will use in future. This will hopefully roll out to all schools and I'm sure be uniforms will feel the hit! Shambles of a company, you would think common sense would prevail and you would have availability in bulk well in advance of schools starting.

Awful service. Ordered weeks ago and no uniform for schools going back! T shirt that arrived last year had holes in it too so they are not the best quality. Wish Smutje school would get a new supplier x

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. I placed two separate orders, one in store and one in my sons school when they had a representative there to allow you to purchase at a discounted price. The first order was for a plain school blazer without any badge for my sons first day of primary school inwhich I tried to order in store and was made feel like I was asking for something out of the ordinary. But they wouldn’t sell me a blazer with the school badge as it’s not classed as part of the schools mandatory uniform so of course I had to get it plain and find someone local to embroider. The second order was for two jumpers that I was going to pick up in store. Well the blazer got delivered and when I opened it was so disappointed to find some random schools badge instead. By the time they delivered it, it was past the cut off for guaranteed delivery in time for their first and they refused to send the replacement without me returning their FAULTY blazer first. Honestly do not know how they still operate with the amount of mistakes they must be making because I then went to the store to collect my jumpers and was handed 3 ZIPPERS for another completely WRONG school. Will never be buying from you again and will never be recommending you to anyone whatsoever. You have caused me nothing but stress going back and forward with emails and phone calls and unnecessary visits to your stores. To get not only one order but two wrong is no mistake. I’m left 5 days before he starts school with no jumpers thanks very much.

Went in looking for some workwear and the staff were extremely helpful. What I couldn't find in my size was ordered in for me and was ready to collect within a few days,kept updated by email. Will definitely use again.

Placed an order online, no confirmation email received. They have however taken the money. No phone number to contact them and no response to emails. Terrible service leaving us hanging as I don't know if the blazer is actually coming or not.

Order placed on 8/6/24 for school 4 school hoodies it’s now 12/7/24. Have been charged for these items so now out of pocket. Contacted them several times, first response was items will be sent out within 28 days, this has surpassed, contacted them again to be told items will be marked as a priority and sent out, guess what still no items. Totally shocking service, would avoid using as they clearly can’t full fill orders, happy to take your money & yet still advertise/send emails for ordering to meet the deadline to receive before new term, laughable as theres less days till then than my current order. No point emailing about it either the response is to appease rather than accept they can’t process or send out your order

Was very happy with the staff in the Ayr store and happy with purchase of school jumpers
