Firstly, the doughnuts are to die for. Unbelievably delicious. Secondly, the staff are all so helpful and lovely - Diana has served me twice and has been an absolute joy to chat to on both occasions.

£29 odd for 5 doughnuts from the counter in selfridges.
The doughnuts were all stale / dry and heavy. Got to be the worst gluten free doughnut I’ve ever had they all ended up in the bin.

Top tier doughnuts. Too tier taste. Top tier customer service. Basically, just top tier!!

Great donuts for allergy sufferers!!

I first tried the doughnuts at the shop in shop at selfridges and loved them so much I ordered a box for delivery. I was a slightly sceptical at first with how they might taste after a days transit, but after following the reheating instructions they were just as good.

So glad I tried these. So nice to be able to have a donut that tastes so good, but completely safe to eat. Will be ordering more. Delivery was also excellent and came on day I chose.

Really tasty fried doughnuts - my girlfriend loved them - she hasn't been able to have fried doughnuts since being diagnosed coeliac.

Was in London for the weekend and looked into getting some donuts.
They are devine!!!! But your prices are extremely high. £30 for 6 without delivery where no allergen donuts are £1 for 5. I just can't justify that amount for a treat. We already pay double or more for all our food!

They are honestly quite pricey for what they are and even after following their instructions to reheat the donuts they still tasted kinda raw in the middle. The box was all battered up too (which i know is the delivery company and not them) i even had fruit flies in the box when i opened it. I tried to msg them about my issues and had no reply.

Donuts arrive stale

I ordered YumYums as a celebration gift for my gluten-intolerant girlfriend, marking an important milestone. The anticipation was high, but fate clearly had a sense of humour. The delivery was taken in by our neighbour’s cleaner, who, with the best of intentions, had no idea the neighbours were away on holiday for three whole days. By the time the package resurfaced, the YumYums were tragically beyond saving.

Enter Maya at Borough 22, who could not have been more gracious. After hearing the tale, she arranged for a brand-new box to be sent out the very next day. Talk about turning despair into delight.

When the fresh batch arrived, Borough 22 truly saved the day. The look on my girlfriend’s face after that first bite said it all, not only were they worth the wait, but the flavour was simply sensational. They became the sweetest possible centrepiece for her milestone celebration.

If anyone is on the fence, trust me, one bite and you’ll wonder why you waited.

What an incredible product.
Since being diagnosed coeliac I have desperately missed doughnuts and Borough 22 has brought them back into my life!
Delivery was efficient and the product arrived with instructions showing how to look after them - it’s very very easy!

This was my second purchase, after buying Yumyums first time around.

Tasted like real doughnuts which I have missed for 3 years! Particularly enjoyed the custard filled doughnuts. I ordered delivery to the Midlands whilst visiting family as I live in Ireland so I could try these. I plan to purchase the baked ones when next over.

I sent a message to say we were disappointed as most of the icing was on the paper and 2 doughnuts were upside down. Read but not replied. They had been expensive and, unfortunately, I will not be ordering again.

Still awaiting a reply: 14 September 2025.

Great to have gluten and dairy free donuts but they went stale very fast.

Ordered these doughnuts for my wife who is gluten intolerant and wanted some plain gluten free doughnuts. They arrived on time but were dry and fairly solid. We warmed them up like the instructions said and the texture wasn't any different. My daughter took one bite and spit it out saying it like biting into laytex. Maybe they are better fresh out the fryer but we won't be ordering them again.
