Scam callers
I was worried about a call for washing machine servicing - they wanted immediate bank details. Sent details on to Bosch customer support and had an immediate answer giving me advice. Apparently the call and company were scammers! Great service from Bosch.

Brilliant service. Contacted Harvey Norman’s on Saturday morning to let them know of problem with our tumble dryer door. Monday got email from Bosch to say a service engineer would be in touch. Tuesday engineer called and door fixed that morning. All under the warranty. Fantastic!

Very good Bosch service
Rory the repair man was very competent and personable . He diagnosed the problem and rectified it very quickly. He also gave some useful advice on the best use of my new washing machine . I am very pleased with this serie 6 10 kg washing machine , the range of programmes, and the cleaning power of the machine.

The situation ended well. It was very useful having whatsapp as a contact medium. The issue related to a temporary fault in registering a new product and was, once someone, Emirates, presumably from customer service, was engaged with the issue, she quickly resolved the problem. The 4 reflects the issue, resolution rated a 5.

The help I got from customer service to identify the part number I required. An exceptional young lady dealt with my query with empathy and understanding. The ease of ordering online. Item delivered 2 to 3 days prior to ETA. All good. My vacuum cleaner is like new again with its new filter which I somehow managed to lose!
