This company is a joke been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund keep getting lame excuses it's apparently been refunded 3 times and get different excuses every day as to why it wasn't done. I just want my money back and have nothing to do with this shambles of a company. I'm not getting any replies from emails or phone calls stear clear of this company.

Great service great price great product quality second to non at a fraction of the big boys price

I seem to go through a lot of pillows but these are lovely and comfortable and lasted longer than anything else I have tried. Bonus that you get two in a pack.

We ordered garden furniture from the lakeside shop. It was delivered 3 weeks later. We are very happy with the set. Really comfortable. Good service great price.

Great service spoke with Tom over the phone needed our delivery on a certain day and had to add more to the order at short notice,
Not a problem for them, it was all delivered in quick time and on our desired day. Mitchell was a star in moving and helping me arrange our delivery...
Definitely recommend this company and i wish them all the best for the future...

Great service from start to finish. Arrived next day, considering we are 500 miles away and not on the way to anywhere that was really impressive. Had a personal call from Tom the night before confirming delivery and friendly doorstep service by the delivery guys. Bed is so comfortable, 7 months used now and still as comfortable and holding its shape well. Would highly recommend, top class.

Bought pillows from here a while ago and we haven’t needed to replace them. Great quality and longevity!

Tom and team could not have been more helpful at installing a new bed in my fathers flat just before his cancer treatment- everyone was so helpful and went out of there way to help in what was a very distressing situation - I would heartedly recommend

Dealt with Tom personally and what a 1st class experience! Would highly recommend and what a first nights sleep, I didn’t wanna get up for work!

We purchased an Aloe Vera mattress from Tom & his team in December 2021. We had previously had Emma mattresses (utter crap). Put simply, after a few months of the best sleep I've ever had, I replaced the other 4 in our home with the Aloe Vera mattress and haven't looked back. Yes, delivery can sometimes more than a few days, but this beats benson beds who took 9 months to deliver a bed base to me and even then there were major parts missing, which led to a cancelled order.

I work in VVIP hospitality, have travelled the world and slept in over 2000 beds in various hotels and i'd rather be in by bosh bed then any of them. Only the bespoke, hand made seriously expensive mattresses that are custom produced for Arabian princes have come close in my opinion, yet bosh beds are a tiny fraction of the price.

I constantly recommend and every guest we've had stay with us has applauded the mattress and the quality of sleep they've had.

We ordered around £2700/- worth of garden furniture on 25 June with agreed delivery date of around 12 July. The driver delivered on 12 and said the sofa and dining table will be delivered on 15 July. We had planned a garden party and has bought furniture on their promise of delivery on time. Today is 3 Aug and after multiple calls sofa and table is yet to be delivered. The back office and sales people are clueless and today they asked what did you ordered and when. It is appalling that we followed up on 15 July and even today on 3 Aug they were clueless. Hope they had not set false promises of delivery. It would have been nice if they would have acknowledged their mistake and delivered soon or atleast aware of the issue. We ordered as we know Tom from apprentice and thought it would be a professional organisation who do not commit false promise and are clueless on customer problems.

Ordered a mattress and headboard over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received them.

Phoned them up numerous times and keep getting fobbed off by the sales team. It’s either been sent or the courier has it still and they’re unable to find out where they are. They’re unable to give me any tracking info and I’m told Tom deals with that side of the business, I’ve also been told a that he will phone me back, but he never does.

I honestly can’t believe the trust pilot score they have. The poorest customer service I’ve ever had. I think the next people to contact are Trading Standards.

Don’t buy if you have a slatted base. Our mattress started dipping in the middle after 3 months and we were told they wouldn’t do anything about it as it’s due to having a slatted base. They should state this on their website! I’m all for supporting small businesses but when I called and stated I’m currently pregnant, they weren’t interesting in helping resolve. Overall unhappy as I can’t afford a new mattress and the dipping causes back ache.

Nothing has turned up despite call over a week ago! Ordered two weeks ago! Now asking for feedback!!

Great product and price along with service to match when I queried delivery times.

Good product but poor customer service. We ordered our second mattress from them. Tom the owner left a voice mail on Wednesday saying mattress would be delivered on Thursday and that driver would phone just before delivery. Waited in all day no delivery no call to apologise phoned the office could not give a reason why it had not been delivered

Good turn around time and good service. My only criticism is that the out door patio heater comes with a flat head screwdriver but you need a cross head.

The team were really helpful when i called, quick delivery with great communication, amazing mattress for a great price, cant recommend enough!

Staff very helpful- delivery prompt and very pleased with the bed - exactly what we were looking for !
Follow up call couple of days later to check we were happy was thoughtful!
