Ordered garden furniture on the 9th of June (it is now 11th July) and no delivery yet. He keeps promising me a delivery date then just not showing up on the day with no communication at all. My daughter has taken two days working from home so she can wait in for the delivery which didn't ever arrive. Will be asking for a refund and going somewhere else.

I have been trying to reach Tom regarding my mattress which has wire hanging out
Extremely dangerous and has damaged my head board
I’m absolutely appalled by your service
No one is getting back to me
I’ve sent pictures of the mattress and also aI Don’t have children or pets and thank god I don’t or they would cut there legs open!
This mattress should be under warranty?
I paid 450 for a double mattress

Appalling. I have been trying to return some poor quality garden furniture for WEEKS! Rarely anyone answers, when they actually do you’re told they’re sorry/lots of staff issues/ someone will call back….and they never do. Absolute rubbish. I’ve been reluctant to leave a review but after 6 weeks of this rattan rubbish sitting in a box in my kitchen I’ve run out of ideas.

Shocking product, shocking service AVOID

I ordered a bed very happy with it dealt with a young lad called billy through the office. Really knew his stuff regarding beds abit of a expert when it come to details I cannot recommend highly enough BOSH

As a new upcoming business I had high hopes for Bosh Beds when I placed an order back in February. Unfortunately, they let themselves down. It took four months to fulfil our order, during which time we encountered delays, no show deliveries, cancelled deliveries, incorrect product deliveries and faulty product deliveries. Communication was non-existent throughout the whole encounter. Telephone calls were not returned and when we chased we received excuses and false promises. We were promised calls from Tom himself on multiple occasions along with compensation for the issues we encountered, none of which ever came to fruition. I really had hoped to be leaving a 5 star review, however, the treatment we received was amateurish and completely unacceptable. An unnecessarily stressful experience. Think twice before placing you order with Bosh Beds.

Price and quality of product good, delivery and communication was an issue

Very easy and quick to order, had a call to discuss mattress options which was really helpful. Would 100% recommend. 👏👏

Painfully slow delivery due to inept courier sending our mattress to the wrong address & then taking a week to rectify the situation. Happy with the mattress but will think twice before ordering again due to the poor delivery time & poor communication.

Bosch driver has improved my game. The sweet spot is very forgiving. Thank you. ⛳

Have had my bed for a good while now and I cannot fault, so comfortable! Would 💯use Bosh Beds again and highly recommend! My experience from start to finish with them was faultless.

I rang up on Monday looking for a bed for my daughter I ended up ordering one and it turned up on the Wednesday I couldn’t believe how quick it come. The prices were so good I ended up ordering myself a aloe vera mattress which is so comfortable. I will definitely be using bosh beds again as the service is excellent
