We have had the best experience with this company. We bought a bed for my son - we selected the bigger headboard, but it was just a bit too big for his room once it arrived. We contacted the company, and without any qualms, they ordered the shorter headboard for us, had it delivered to my home and swapped over straight away. They made me feel as though it was no trouble at all, the delivery guy was so nice - he remembered us from the original delivery, and I just felt as though it was a really personal touch. We then went to buy some new pillows - and again, fantastic service. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and staff who really knew their stuff. Would highly recommend this as a decent, local company, very well priced and quality products.

Went to the shop to view the beds no pressure was put on me to buy a bed, Tom himself answered all my questions and gave me good advice , the next day I phoned and ordered a double aloe Vera mattress, it was delivered the next day no delivery charge even though I live in Walthamstow the old bed was taken away free of charge, very helpful driver, the bed is fantastic, if your looking for a bed don’t bother looking anywhere else, but here fantastic service all round.

Ordered a mattress, I waited all day for delivery but it never showed up. I never received a phone call to let me know. When I called them the next day they promised delivery the following day... still never showed up. I asked for refund over 2 weeks ago, still no refund. No urgency or concern to get this sorted. Shocking service.

My elderly disabled father purchased from them he received no goods no call backs when promised and his promised refund not sorted after two weeks my father is now in hospital with the stress I'd say avoid like the plague

I recently purchased a mattress from Bosh Beds - It was the very popular Aloe Vera Supreme Mattress. It has been 2 weeks since getting the mattress and the overall quality is very good and I can say it was worth every penny. The mattress is top quality and the service is better.

I placed the order with Bosh Beds for the mattress and a week went by and I didn't have an email or phone call with a estimated delivery date yet. I gave them a call as alot of the reviews mentioned they'd contacted within 2-3 days. I called them just for an update or an expected delivery date as there was no rush. They rang me back within a few hours to let me know they'll deliver it next day and the driver will give me a phone call an hour before they arrive.

The next day as promised it arrived on time and the driver gave me a call just to let me know the exact time.

Quality product and a quality service. I would recommend buying from Boshbeds.

I had a great experience with Bosh Beds from informative initial phonecalls where the mattress we bought was recommended to me, and a small discount given, to the brilliant delivery team who went out of their way to be incredibly helpful. The cashmere matress is so comfortable, and the pillows are also great. We both get a good sleep on our new bed and are very happy. Thanks again to all the team.

Great pillow except a tad softer than I anticipated

After spending the last three weekends searching retail parks across ESSEX for a new bed and mattress. I was told by a friend of mine to call Bosh Beds. After calling them on the Monday morning, I spoke to a polite chap, who talked me through various options. After spending the morning chatting on what we wanted. We came to an agreement and I ordered the bed and mattress over the phone. It was brilliant speaking to someone who knew the products so well. My bed and mattress arrived on the Friday morning. The lovely chap who delivered it, left it in the bedroom for me. After one nights sleep, it’s easy to see why Bosh Beds are so good, the quality of the products are fantastic and the mattress was extremely comfy. I saved a lot more money as well! Would definitely recommend to everyone. It’s true what they say, they’re cheaper, deliver quicker and we are extremely happy! Thanks bosh beds and we wish you all the luck with your new showroom!
