We have used Boston Express Cab several times and have always been impressed. Their communication prior to arrival is excellent, and they consistently arrive ahead of the scheduled pick-up times. The drivers and cars are always immaculate, and the drivers are both polite and courteous. Omar was an excellent driver. He did a round-trip transfer to Logan for me and my family. He did an extra stop on the way to pick up my parents in law and brought a car seat for my toddler. He waited for us when our flight was delayed by 2 hours on the return. He was very professional and extremely responsive via text and answered all questions fast. The fare is expensive but worth it the service received. Thank you.
