They missed one the items I ordered
They missed one the items I ordered. My first email to report the problem was not addressed or slipped through the cracks. Both shipments (the original one, and one for the missed item) had weird free samples - unwanted items in plastic containers, very wasteful and incurring guilt to get me to try stuff to make it less wasteful. The abundant free stuff also made it very confusing for everyone involved to determine that they forgot to send one of the items I ordered. One of the free samples was an utterly mysterious substance in an unlabeled container - I still have no idea what it is, and it’s definitely not what the customer service rep I spoke to thought it was. Yet I still felt bad throwing it out. I suggest any free samples be listed in the checkout process, so I can uncheck the box for items I have no interest in trying and so they are not unknown surprises. Other than that, all good 👍

Gave me a rash the size of the patch!
This product didn't really help my back pain and my husband and I put a lot of money into this product. We are both believers in medicinal Marijuana and thought maybe this would help in conjunction with my smoking. All it did was make a rash the size of the patch in a matter of an hour or so. Odd because nothing in the ingredients I'm allergic to. Spent a lot of money for nothing.

I have always seen orders received by 1 PM on non-holiday weekday ship the same day. I have even gotten a call to ask if they could ship two 1 oz items since they were out of the 2 oz item, and still got it out the same day.
I have confidence in Botanicam and never had problems with any product I have gotten from them.

Pain Relief!
Using the 96 hour pain relief patches has been so helpful! Chronic knee pain is noticeably lessened.

Not as good a quality
My first order of patches was an excellent experience. They worked great for me! The second time l ordered more but am not happy with the bandaid part of the patches. I first ones were round and flexible. The second ones are square and stick too hard after 96 hours. It left sticky and red mark on my skin. Please return to the round ones which are a better quality. Can the remainder of this order be returned?
