Managed to find an item that was out of stock elsewhere but the postage was very expensive for a small package which took a very long time (around 10 days) to arrive - with no response from customer service when I queried this.

First time ordering from this company. Friendly delivery driver. I was luckily at home when delivery took place but it would be handy to have an email notification to let me know when delivery day is.

Even the lorry not working, one of the staff kindly delivered my hay and nuggets to me in her car

A wide range of products and great staff, always very helpful they go out of the way to help you. Either by offering quick deliveries or by also ordering products in if it is a special order with no trouble, even if you are unable to get to them to collect. They are a pleasure to supply feed etc, thank you.

Needed to urgently change my order as my dog seems to have developed an allergy. The staff were brilliant, sorted it all over the phone and delivered it the same day.

Order was cancelled as being 20miles away on the Isle of Wight is not classed as local delivery, no offer to even pay a little more postage if needed, but shouldnt be as we are still classes as Hampshire.
