Great customer service
I appreciate the service. When the recipient wasn't in, Yvonne called me and arranged a fuss-free redelivery to a different address. The recipient was very happy with the gift. I'll definitely order from B&B again.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Tried to order a gift online but made a mistake at checkout. Bottled and Boxed sorted the error for me and help me complete my order. Given that this was not a large purchase i still received first rate service. Thank you.

Outstanding Customer Service
This is the first time I have ordered from this company but will definitely be a returning customer and will also recommend to family and friends. My purchase was a wedding gift which was unfortunately broken in transit. I was contacted as soon as they became aware and a replacement dispatched by next day delivery to ensure that the gift arrived on time. Amazing personal customer service which was above and beyond. I rarely leave reviews but felt on this occasion my experience with this company should be highlighted.

Excellent service
I have ordered wine from B&B as presents for delivery elsewhere on a number of occasions. On this latest occasion I had not received the usual delivery notification and photo and was concerned it hadn't arrived. A phone call to B&B resolved the situation quickly and pleasantly.
