Unfortunately we couldn't go . When I booked and paid a deposit there was absolutely no mention of it being an over 21 establishment. My daughter's are 18 and 19 and I had booked for my daughter's birthday.
I requested a refund of my deposit as this was not my fault that I had unknowingly booked for a venue which would not allow us entry. I emailed and was told that I had to contact the restaurant. I don't believe it is their responsibility to refund me ...it is the company .bottomlessbrunch.com that should refund my deposit as it was wrong and unclear advertising on their part. I will never book through a third party like this again as they won't take responsibility when things go wrong. But I am taking it up with trading standards to get my hard earned cash back..just book through the restaurant and save all the hassle!

We had a great bottomless brunch at the Ruben Hotel, with amazing afternoon tea, and excellent service from the staff. We could really not fault it at all.

Amazing entertainment and drinks were delicious

Honestly the best afternoon! All the groups mixed together and there was a really friendly, party atmosphere. The staff were super ‘on it’ and were really kind and fun too. We will definitely go again!

The boat trip was lovely very enjoyable and had a DJ playing a very good selection of music to suit all tastes. The only disappointment was the food as you got a sausage roll rainbow bagel wrap a pasta salad with too much dressing and a muffin. No fruit salad as stated. Overall very nice afternoon

The staff we lovely and great as we were late nothing was a problem

Show and food were good at the Village Restaurant but we had 3 jackets stolen from here and the management didn’t care, just wanted us out as had another sitting coming in, said they would look at the cctv and get back to me which they didn’t, I had to chase them up and it took a week for a response which was nothing, watch your jackets and belongings when you go here! Nothing to do with bottomlessBrunch as they just arrange the acts in the establishment
