Fantastic product AND fantastic customer service
I’ve been using Boucleme for a few years now, and can highly recommend it as it’s massively improved my wavy/curly hair. Recently I had cause to contact customer services because a free promotional item had mistakenly been left out of my order. Aurelija at Boucleme was SO helpful! She checked into the situation, acknowledged the error and immediately despatched the item. Thank you Aurelija and thank you Boucleme!

Always loved Boucleme’s products. The line for waves works perfectly with my hair. People always say my hair smells nice specifically when I wash with Boucleme. The products have a lovely, fresh fragrance yet as a sensitive eczema girl, my scalp hasn’t shown any irritation from them. Recently they further impressed me with their kind customer service. As someone on the mailing list, they had a great discount going and so I made an order. I was a bit sleep deprived when I made the order though and completely forgot to add the code during checkout.. so I emailed to see if it would be possible to retroactively add it. They were kind enough to do so even though it was my mistake. Thank you Boucleme, it has been a blessed journey being a long time customer with you! <3

Is Boucleme a scam? It offers a 15% discount if you subscribe and provide your phone number, but once you've completed the process and they've taken all your details, the 15% discount code never materializes. I've tested this by using a couple of emails - same scam. I hope you are not selling my details.

I absolutely love Bouclème products. As a curly-haired girl, it’s important for me to use products that truly work for my hair texture while supporting growth and overall hair health. Every time I travel to Europe, I make sure to stock up on Bouclème.
I recently tried ordering online, and unfortunately my package was broken into and the contents were stolen. With it being the holiday season, package theft is all too common. I reached out to the Bouclème team and they were incredibly helpful, guiding me step by step through the process. I was honestly worried I might lose my money since I paid through PayPal, but their customer service was amazing and they refunded me without any hassle.
From the quality of the products to the kindness and professionalism of the team, I highly recommend Bouclème. 💛

Great customer service
I ordered three products from Boucleme and unfortunately all three were too heavy for my hair. (Love the fragrance-free option though!) I wrote customer service about a return and they were terrific about issuing a refund, minus the initial shipping cost. Friendly too.

Mixed-up order, but great service!
Bought a satin-lined beanie but was informed a couple of days later that the colour I had chosen was actually out of stock! I quickly chose from the alternative options provided, and received the item two days after - however, they sent a different colour to what I had chosen as my replacement! I alerted the company to this over email, and Aurelija in Customer Service was quick to help. They have since shipped out a new beanie at no extra cost (fingers crossed the correct colour this time!!), and sent clear instructions on how to return the incorrect beanie for free. Unfortunate about the mix-up, but great customer service resolved it in a hassle-free way - thanks Aurelija!

Company has problematic customer service
Update following company response - 10.12.25
Boucleme have finally responded today. However, I had to send the email from my work email address and provide proof of my order and a copy of all six emails I had sent in trying to resolve the situation as they still state that they had not received them. I am remain deeply unhappy about the whole situation and would not recommend using them, but I do now accept that the issues I faced are due to utter incompetence rather than fraud as I previously stated. I have, therefore, changed the title of my review.
May I suggest, Boucleme, that you provide contact details on your website and invest in a better email system so that this does not happen again.
TL:DR I ordered a hat, they sent me a tub of cream and are refusing to engage with me.
On Sunday 16.11.25 I ordered a silk lined hat. They were extremely quick with the delivery and the package arrived Tuesday morning 18.11.25. However they sent a tub of cream.
The address details were correct and the invoice / shipping note itemised the hat, NOT the tub of cream that was delivered.
No worries, I thought, mistakes happen so i will let them know. I emailed Tuesday lunch time to let them know and ask how to resolve. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement.
Wednesday I emailed again. Again no response.
Friday I emailed again, again no response.
Company has taken my money and substituted a cheaper item which makes it fraud. Now I understand why internet safety rules always say never trust a website with no phone number.
Mistakes happen and had they communicated with me this could have been resolved very easily, but the lack of contact makes me think it was deliberate. I have photos if you require proof.

Seal and Shield gel changed from transparent gel to a cream gel AWFUL PRODUCT NOW
I have been using the seal and shield gel and had terrible flaking with the gel and this was the clear gel, so i stopped using it. I was so pleased when the brought the new formula out and it was an orange transparent gel and been using it for months and going along well. Then i have opened a new bottle and its now different again and its an orange cream gel instead of the transparent orange gel. Contacted customer services and they said that the product is the right consistency of this orange cream gel, so how come i haven’t been using a transparent orange gel from this range. And was told while the consistency and colour may look different from previous batches, the ingredients and effectiveness remain aligned with the intended results of the range. Well this is not true as i was very happy with the orange transparent gel and this orange cream gel now is absolutely awful as my hair hates anything with cream or cream consistency as it weighs my hair down and makes my hair lank and greasy and constant itching on my scalp. So not happy that the consistency has changed from what it was as thought got rid of the flaking and new improved formula and now this constancy change. As it is blooming awful and will not be using any more again any of the products. So disappointed as thought i had finally settled on the right product, as i dont understand when i had been using the new formula and now its changed from a proper gel to a cream gel.

Customer service terrible took 5 days to…
Customer service took 5 days to response to my query after my order had not shipped 7 days after I placed it. They explained that they had a very small team but I retorted that is a company choice to put profits over customer service. I ended up cancelling the order and that took another 5 days to have them confirm they would cancel it and then more time to process the refund. Avoid this company as I am sure if their focused on saving money via not sufficiently staffing their team that will quickly trickle down to the quality of their actual products.

Don’t buy it, bad for your hair and wallet
I bought the shampoo, conditioner and the hair mask, and it was expensive. The first thing that I noticed was the smell, pretty bad I had to rewashed my hair to get it out. Second how do you use a product that promised moist your hair and I get it stiff. That was so disappointing, and I spent 60 euros for it.

Now eventually got product it’s not what I was expecting and isn’t doing the job I’d hoped for
