Let a landlord leave excessive black mold in bedroom for 6+ months of tenancy in direct violation of Awaab's law. Let the landlord have unlimited access to the property whilst I was in residence (Also illegal) are currently trying to charge me for a toilet seat the landlord fitted.... and apparently 5 bayonet light bulbs (that were also blown on my arrival to the property) cost £150.

They really are chancers, bad ones at that. Bring a putrid stench to the good town of Alton.
