They didn´t confirm the return. They didn´t react on my e-mails. They were rude and incompetent when I reached them by phone. This is real scam. How come that YOOX takes them as partners???????

Every customer has a right of withdrawal within the prescribed time frame and legally it is not possible to make a refusal unless there are valid reasons. We do not sell used items and, as we only offer original, top-quality products, we usually send them in the original packaging. Not all clothes come with dust bags. I hope you will put your trust in us again in the future, sincerely

I bought four items from here and requested a return upon delivery as none of the items were of good quality. This store refused my return request with no communication as to why. Do not buy from here.

Fraud. Scam. Don’t buy from this shop - I bought a wallet via Farfetch and I recieved an empty box! And now I can’t get my money back.
