Adam from Box office went beyond to deliver his service. Right from the start to the end. He made sure I was assured I would get my tickets on time. He consistently kept me updated on them and even personally took the trouble to come all the way to deliver the tickets to me. Not only that, he accommodated my last minute request for last minute matches and gave me the best seats anyone could ask for. What more could I ask! Definitely an asset to Box Office! Box Office events was extremely helpful in making sure that we got our tickets when we were in London. Even during a holiday, when an issue came up, a worker called me to ensure everything went smoothly. I could not be happier that we went through them in order to get our tickets. They made our trip!

I purchased tickets through Box Office Events for Crystal Palace vs Southampton. Booking my tickets via Box Office Events was nice and simple. I received instructions for match day on where to meet and contact details. Upon arriving at the ground I contacted the number on the email and received my tickets from Adam at specified gate entrance. Adam was very friendly and courteous. Adam made the experience very enjoyable prior to the game and also at half time. We booked the Selhurst Lounge and was attended to by Jane. Jane is exceptionally friendly and bubbly, her football history and knowledge is second to none and is a great asset for Crystal Palace. The only bad thing about the evening is Palace losing but everything else was amazing. I highly recommend Box Office Events and defiantly will be using them again for any sporting needs.
