Great sales support. Shopping cart forced shipping method on me, but people at sales (or at shipping ) were helpful at sorting situation. Shipping took less than forecasted.

Showing prices in Euro was a little bit tricky, but since it was cheaper to install it myself that having to get e technician to install it (because I could not get the part anywhere else) I saved some $$
And I logged in from Quebec, may be you site believe that French language is from Europe.

Hi Gilbert,
Thanks for your email.
Where were you logged in from when visiting the website?
Our platform should automatically convert to the 'local' currency of your IP address, so if you were located outside of Canada (or VPN via another country), it is possible you were shown non-CAD prices. If you were in Canada and not using a VPN service, please do send us further information via email, as that should not be the case!
We look forward to hearing back from you and investigating why you had to convert currencies from Euros back to CAD!

Does not respond to customer support or pre-sale inquires. Questionable what type of post-sale support I can expect. Only went with them because they were marginally lower then competitors. Hoping I do not regret.

Hello Long,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback; too bad to hear our levels of support did not meet your expectations! Can you please contact our support team directly by email to aid in investigating where the communication broke down?
Currently I was not able to find any history of you emailing us or attempting to contact us via our online chat system prior to placing your order. A quick review of phone numbers on the account also showed no history of phone contact.
In the meantime, if you have successfully received your order (as records indicate), we would appreciate you updating your review with further feedback for future customers to consider.
Thanks in advance; we look forward to receiving further feedback from you.

Great price easy to install
Great price easy to install. Package arrived in perfect condition however I found that it took quite some time to receive it. I would have given 5 stars if my parcel would have arrived sooner. Hover all very satisfied with your company.

Buy online with big savings
September 2024 - Calgary, Alberta.
Incredible savings when you buy online and fast shipping. We will not go back to the traditional a/c furnace sales channel. Where the total cost of replacement was given by the company without the knowledge of the breakdown on the cost of labor and actual furnace unit cost to them.

Hi Ben,
Glad our products fit your needs, that our service speed and level was satifactory and, most importantly, we were able to provide you with a transparent and clear breakdown. This is exactly one of our founders main motivations to start the company - full transparency throughout the entire process.
So we are very happy to have helped. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future!

HRV System Wireless Timer
I have a HRV system in my home and the wireless timer stopped working. The company that installed the system would not let me order a new timer, instead wanted a service call to diagnose the problem, order the part and then another service call. I found BPH Sales on line and contacted them about the model number. Riley was so helpful in responding quickly to my email and I was able to order the part, have it delivered quickly and I was able to sync it with the system and it worked perfectly. This company saved me a lot of money and time!
