Ordered late friday morning received…
Ordered late friday morning received saturday morning 10am. Cannot thank Jeff enough for making sure the parcel was sent out for delivery at my last minute request.

My order was dealt with very promptly
I ordered two braces of different sizes as advised by my physiotherapist. I returned one brace and was reimbursed
The service is great but the brace is amazing. I had a weekend in London and wore it on days when I was walking or standing for long periods of time
The difference it made to my knee was very noticeable. No pain or feelings of tiredness. Life can get back to normal now
I am off to Cornwall soon and will test out my cliff walking!

"Manuloc" product for radial, ulnar and flexion stabilisation
Have been using "ManuLoc" product for last 6 months. I chose this particular orthosis as both ulnar and radial deviation required stabilisation in addition to flexion. The product is very well designed, durable and has provided good stabilisation. It is well worth the price. I very rarely leave feedback on purchases but have done so because of the quality and efficacy to this product.

Exceptional quality of service - star rated!
Exceptional quality of service.
First, I ordered the item very late afternoon on Tuesday, and assumed, as would be the case with most sellers, it would not be despatched until the following day, and I’d be lucky to receive it by Friday.
However, incredibly, it was despatched within 10mins of my order being placed, with the courier then confirming delivery for the next day (Wednesday).
Secondly, when there was a problem with the courier on Wednesday morning, and delivery was going to be delayed (for just one day), Jeff immediately, and without being asked, offered to arrange for delivery of a replacement item from another source to avoid risk of any further delay. I didn’t need that level of urgency so declined, but I was left feeling amazed and impressed by Jeff’s truly standout exceptional attitude to trying to help to ensure that I had the item as quickly as was humanly possible.
Jeff’s communication was also exceptional - friendly sincere, and aimed solely at getting the item to me.
This purchase has been a truly exceptional customer service experience and, whilst for obvious reasons I don’t want to have any future need to buy an injury support product, if I do have need or friends / family ask for recommendations, I will be recommending Jeff and Brace-Yourself without any hesitation.
Thirdly, I should add that the product seems excellent and will achieve its purpose.

Wow wow wow , Brilliant Service
Absolutely Brilliant Customer Service From Jeff at Brace-Yourself. I contacted Brace-Yourself to ask if there was anything I could do with the 4 month old Icrediwear Knee Sleeve that kept falling down, I couldn’t return it as I had thrown the packing away & I had used & washed the sleeve. Jeff was very helpful & understanding & explained that unfortunately as it had been used & no packaging they wasn’t much the company could do, which is understandable. To my surprise I got a message from DPD to inform me my New knee sleeve was on its way. Jeff had understood my situation & send out a brand new replacement sleeve, free of charge. This has been the best experience I have had from a shop/company in many years!!!!

BEST Customer Service EVER!!!
I had an issue with a product I purchased months ago so I sent a tentative email asking for advice. I didn't have an exact purchase date or an order number or any photos! I received a reply from Jeff telling me he had dispatched a new item and that it would be with me the following day!!!!
It arrived yesterday as promised! He also asked me to return the faulty item and said he would reimburse my postage costs!
I cannot remember the last time I received this kind of service from a company and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I ordered the Achillotrain for a sore achilles, and the order process was easy and delivery was swift. What really stood out for me was the customer service after one of the insoles was damaged by my dog - Jeff at Brace Yourself was so helpful in searching for a replacement part for me and getting it to me quickly (with a very amusing cover note to boot). It's so nice and rare to have proper customer service when ordering over the internet. Thank you Jeff, and I highly recommend Brace Yourself!
Lymphoedema - Incrediwear Arm Sleeve
Bought for my wife who suffers with Lymphoedema in her arm after cancer treatment. She has found the product to be more effective than the usual NHS offering and it is also far more comfortable to wear. It was reasonably priced so would recommend for anyone with similar issues to give it a try.
Incredible efficiency and results!
I suffer from knee pain because of arthritis and so I ordered the Incrediware knee sleeve. The whole process was very straightforward and fast and I actually felt a big improvement in my knee pain in a couple of days! I'm continuing to use this great product every day to manage my pain.

Bought 2 of the new Incrediwear knee braces - they're an absolute game-changer for me. Can't recommend enough! My arthritis is chronic so I'd really given up on anything that could help the pain day to day, but these really do.
There's no doubt whatsoever that they've helped with my pain, both when exercising but also recovering after too.
I'm a fitness coach and PT so I've really put the product through it's paces in terms of the amount of wear/ washing/ taking on and off - the quality is amazing.

I have just started to wear a shoulder brace for training so it is early to tell but it looks like it is doing its job in supporting and protecting the joint (after a ligament injury).

Massive thank you to Jeff for your support yesterday. I had ordered a knee strap around a year ago and had cut the label out and wasn't sure what size it was to make a second order. Jeff looked into it and called me back so I could order a second strap. He then called me again, as I had ordered a different colour this time and he wanted to check the order was correct. I am super impressed with this amazing service, which is so appreciated. The strap arrived the following day (today) with a thank you card from Jeff.
