Good communication and proactive approach
We wanted to sell our current and purchase a new house quickly to meet the change in stamp duty rate and Bradley Morrell helped us to achieve this. Our queries were dealt with in a polite and professional manner. Lots of information was provided at each step during the moving process. Their proactive approach to send documents to sign in advance and allowing electronic signatures on documents contributed to the reduced timescales. We would recommend and would use again.

Fantastic service provided by the team at Bradley Morrell Solicitors when dealing with my house purchase. Regular communication via email or phone. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a solicitor for a house purchase.

Highly Satisfied
We recently used Bradley Morrell for the conveyancing of our property in Clay Cross. We found them extremely professional and any issues were dealt with very quickly.
Neil and his assistant Heather were very friendly and polite and we would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them
