Giudicate voi l’accaduto. Dopo 3 mesi di attesa per un prodotto ordinato il 18 ottobre 2022 mi indicano tramite risposta mail da Ash che l’hanno consegnato ad una persona che non sono io, allucinante.
Si scusano anche perché la persona che curava il mio ordine se ne andata senza lasciare traccia della mia richiesta più volte fatta sul dove si trovassi il mio prodotto. A chi interessa i problemi interni di una azienda? A loro stessi, li risolvessero.
Più volte richiesto in seguito il rimborso … nessuna risposta.
Azienda inaffidabile su tutti i fronti!
Mai più con loro!

Pregherei di essere onesti intelectualmente, almeno per chi ci legge.

On 3rd December ordered. Still now 17.12.22 no delivery update. Even no response for ma email. Just waste of time. I will definitely use my purchase protection through Paypal to get the refund. Never ever recommend!

No customer support
Placed order 31st May emailed support on 9th June asking when the item is due and 17th June requesting a full refund.I have not had any replies.
Item due tomorrow after waiting all this time with no communication I dont want it or a sorry. All I want is a full refund.

Sadly since Brexit we started seeing customs duties appearing on orders to some EU countries.
Thankfully we have now figured out how to navigate these duties and EU customers can continue to order as normal without worrying about these fees.
We have refunded you 22 Euros from the price of your order.
