I ordered 2 watches from Brandfield
I ordered 2 watches from Brandfield. Very good pricing. Both arrived in excellent brand new condition and very nicely packaged. I returned one and kept one. The return took a little while to process but they kept me informed and the 100% refund hit my account a few weeks after returning the watch. You must pay for the return shipping. Absolutely satisfactory for me in this case. Will be using them again. I would recommend this online retailer.

Stay away if you don’t want to be scammed. I ordered a Swarovski bracelet, necklace and earrings. Twice, my order has been cancelled without notification. I had to contact brandfield myself to ask what’s up. Very rude to not notify the customer when the order is cancelled. But, they take your money still! They made a case and promised to get back to me in 3 working days. Again, I hear nothing, and I still haven’t received a refund. They just take your money and don’t even have the audacity to inform the customer properly. It starts to feel like a scam. If you want to order something from a certain brand, just order from the original website because this is very sketchy.

Top Shop und verdient 10 Sterne
Ich habe den Shop durch Zufall entdeckt, da er eine limitierte Uhr auf Lager hatte!
Habe die Uhr dann direkt bestellt!
Am selben Tag bekam ich dann noch die Versandbestätigung!
Am zweiten Tag nach der Bestellung kam das Paket dann auch schon an!
Die Uhrenverpackung selbst, war noch in einer kleinen schicken Tüte wie in einem Geschäft quasi.
Das alles hat das Kauferlebnis natürlich noch besser gemacht!
Mit mir hat Brandfield einen neuen Kunden gewonnen und ich kann den Shop nur wärmstens empfehlen.
