This lawfirm is a fraud. I can't wait for them to lose the lawsuit against them by several states. I pray that I get some of the money they stole from me back someday. Awful terrible evil people.

Not a Trustworthy Group
I was duped!!! I believed I was being Helped by this group.! It took two months to even get a copy of the “contract” I had to sign without time to read. Four months with them, I paid $2700+. My credit score plummeted based on their advice not to pay a large bank. 799 to 604. They did nothing. No contact to banks or me. My lawyer advised me to leave & I was entitled to a refund. I only received $384 back. Trying to talk with their rep is a joke. Never available!
I am so disappointed in myself for trusting them. I am now working to rebuild my credit score which never had a problem before!!! Stay away from this group! Their promises mean nothing.

I have been trying to get my process…
I have been trying to get my process started for month and half and no results. My main person is supposed to Richard everytime I talk to him he never answers my questions he always tells me he has to talk to whom ever and call me back with some answers but he never calls. When I call the customer service part I have talked to about 20 different employees of yours and the all answer me with my information is put in the system wrong it takes a couple weeks for my information to get processed. Well that's all lies when you enter something in the computer it all process at that time. I never get results or answers I always get lies. Now my debt is 10times higher because these so called lawyers do not talk to the credit card companies. I have giving them the direct number to my lawyer and he never calls them back. The credit card companies are calling me back threatening me because they think I'm lying about me handing my debt over to BRANDON ELLIS LAW FIRM. I wish I could actually talk to BRANDON AND TELL HIM how crappy his employees are.
