Good service, got what I wanted with no hassle! Will use this service again.

Hired furniture lifting trolleys for a couple of days but had to extend at short notice for the rest of week

Very easy to use the online hire service, was contacted by the delivery driver to let me know when he'd arrive. The carpet cleaner was easy to use (following the video instructions on the website), cleaned my carpet really well. Their customer service was excellent as they were able to collect the carpet cleaner sooner than planned. Very pleased with this service and would recommend to others.

Hired a turf lifter from here the assistant was very grumpy and refused to help me lift the machine onto my van leaving me to struggle on my own. Said he wasn't allowed. Hired something else from a "rival" store and the assistant was only too happy to help me load my van so I will be using that company from now on

I hired a generator which was sent with no petrol and was promised will have full tank.

No one came to collect the generator for days and call everyday to ask for collection.
Collection was nightmare, driver lied, he never came to collect and lied that they showed up and door wasn’t opened ( while we are a cafe and open for service during the time they claim the door was shut)
Also, claimed that they called and I didn’t answer which is also untrue.

Every time I spoke to them they promised I was never going to be charged but I was sent a bill to pay because they missed a collection.

Would never use them again.

Shame to have dishonest staff working for the company.

All the team members I met at the Birmingham location were very friendly from the outset and when I encountered an issue with the equipment they were quick to help and provide a replacement.

Their drop off and collection communication was great too, which allowed me to plan my days accordingly

I went to Brandon Hire in Constitution Hill Birmingham B19 3HW. I needed a wet vac due to a water leak in my home. I dealt with a gentleman called Paul.
When I got the wet vac home, the plug was loose so had to take back, once home the wet vac only worked for 10mins, so needed to take back again.

The service I got from Paul was excellent, he tested the vac to make sure it was faulty, then arranged for another wet vac to be delivered to my address at no additional charge. I was able to complete my job which took a couple of days (with no additional charge). I returned the wet vac, and thanked Paul for his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, something you really don’t see any more. So as you can guess I would definitely recommend this company & branch.

Half the acros I hired had dodgy threads so were very hard to use. They hit a point and wouldn't go up anymore.

Several pins missing from trestles.

Made it work though and it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

I was moving houses and needed to give my rented apartment a deep clean of the carpet to avoid being charged by the rental agency so I hired a machine from Brandon and its' performance surpassed my expectations.
