I’m being pursued for £17.40 and I don’t know what for, the email addresses are not trusted but they keep coming. I’ve had no calls or letters. Can you please ask someone to make contact to explain and provide some form of explanation for the costs incurred.

The staff at the Ipswich office were…exceptionally helpful
The staff at the Ipswich office were all genuinely really helpful. I’m not a tradesman and so often going to a builders yard or similar can be slightly awkward as I’m not always certain about what tool I need for what job, but the guys at Ipswich were really patient, kind and helpful in me sourcing a post puller and a post hole borer.
Couldn’t recommend any higher.

Forget a screwdriver use a 2p
The bar that held in the sand paper came loose snapping the screws, drove back and the guy sead use a 2p to tighten (some advice before would have helped), also no sign of a refund for unused sand paper. Guys in shop were more interested in getting another colleague sacked for sleeping on the job. Customer service could do with a bit of work (would never let my wife go in there, felt more like a pub on a Saturday night than a commercial business).

Great service
I ordered a small foldable Tower on line to pick up at Ipswich Branch. This was Available for collection immediately. Super clean and great working order. Had it for weekend and returned 07.30 Monday morning. Great Service. My only concern was that i ordered on line @£38.64 Which i Paid in Full. When i returned tower, a few days later the return invoice Said i owed £9.66 and was told in a telephone conversation that there is often a difference in On-line/in store prices. Price stated on-line was price i paid. I will definitely use this service again.

Ladder hire.
I had an issue caused entirely by my lack of communication and the team at Brandon sorted it out for me. With help from both their web site team and their local offices.
Could not ask for better service.

Very flexible with the delivery
Very flexible with the delivery as I kept putting it off due to the weather. Finally delivered on the day I wanted and collected without issue. I wasn’t present for the delivery or collection.
