My experience with the tool hire was absolutely top-notch. They offered an extensive range of high-quality, well-maintained equipment that truly exceeded my expectations. The service was efficient and the staff was knowledgeable, assisting me to select the right tool for my project. The pricing was very fair and well worth the quality of the tools. First class customer service
Communication and customer service from Dan at Reading branch was first class. Kept me informed of availability of product and replaced with an upgrade without any question when the original tool failed.
I would thoroughly recommend, best tool hire company I have used.
Also opening hours are favourable to a lot of competitors

Great hire experience
The staff were really helpful, professional and friendly. I hired garden equipment, which were extremely competitive and cost beneficial compared to other places.
I'll definitely be back. Brandon is my hire company of choice! Already recommended to family and friends.

Great customer service! …
The staff were exceptionally helpful and were very understanding when I needed to keep the machine for another day, all dealt with efficiency and care. Really impressed and great to have such good service which is rare!

scaffold tower hire
I hired a scaffold tower - ordered online and picked it up from the Reading depot. Staff were ready when I arrived and helped load it in the van. Same when I returned it, even though they weren't expecting me as I was a day early. I will definitely use again.

Simply the best hire company around!

Fantastic customer service from everyone here. Clive, Daniel, Alan to name just three have been exceptional whenever I have needed to hire from them. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but when an issue does arise (such as needing to rearrange delivery/pickup) remedy is painless and quick (unlike other experiences I have had with other hire companies). All this and their hire prices are the best I have found anywhere.
Honestly, hire from here you will be pleased you did.
