Recommended
The only thing I wasn't happy about was the fact that I ordered to hire a wacker plate with rubber mat and when I went to collect it it turned out no mat was provided without informing me prior to collection. Other than that everything was great. Helpful staff and no hassle experience. When I returned the machine earlier than stated the partial hire cost was refunded.

Carpet cleaner
Hired a carpet cleaner for the weekend. Great machine but hadn't been cleaned out very well before we collected so was really smelly. Tablets were expensive so that bumped the price up quite a lot. My partner asked for help putting it in his van as he'd done his back in and the guy just said "it's not heavy" so that was disappointing but great customer service when I arranged the hire etc and the machine did the job well

Hired a core drill
Hired a core drill. Provided without all parts . Was then asked to go to a different depot to pick this up. No refund for petrol offered!

Rude and unhelpful staff
When collecting, the staff member was rude and unhelpful when the required safety gear that was ordered "wasn't in stock" neither was the fuel that I was required to pay for. The staff member treated me as an inconvenience. I should not have to go and buy safety equipment from another retailer in order to use the equipment I had ordered, when I had specifically paid for the safety equipment as part of the hire.
