Brandon Hire Station - Sheffield - St Mary's Road Opiniões 

I ordered a sander and various other bits to go with it via Brandon's website. It is not particularly easy to navigate and could be made more user friendly. My decorator encountered problems collecting it on my behalf despite me forwarding him the confirmation email and texts. The person who served him at the Sheffield branch wasn't helpful and initially unwilling to give him the goods that I had ordered and paid for.

Ordered late in the day and was surprised they were able to deliver early next day. Received a confirmation email with a delivery time window and it arrived on time.
The delivery was really polite and friendly. He did apologise for being slow with the paperwork, as he'd only recently started the job, but it didn't show and everyone has got to start somewhere and learn.
I'd initially hired for a week, but finished after a few days, so I emailed to collect early. And again, I received a confirmation email with a collection time window, which they arrived to collect.
Great service at a good price and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.
The only tiny negative point was, they weren't open on a Sunday.

Good explanation was given on use of item hired and an early opening time allowed me to return it without impacting my working day.

The log splitter arrived only a little late. It was brand new and worked brilliantly. Only lost one star because it wasn't picked up as scheduled, eventually going a couple of days later. This, for a valuable piece of kit, meant I had to stay in / make sure it was protected which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, no complaints and would definitely use again.

I was kept informed and updated promptly and in a friendly manner any questions were answered in good detail

Hired a cement mixer for 3 weeks for less than £80. Job done. Good quality clean machine, easy pick up and drop off, no hassle.

The wall chaser arrived late, had no blades and was different to the one I requested. As a result I was supplied the incorrect 110v transformer and had to wait for a replacement to be delivered. This delayed me by a day and a half. I was allowed a free day but it put me behind schedule. I ordered additional bags for the vacuum and these were not the correct type. If this was a school report I would write must do better b
