Product was nothing like the one booked on the website and barely worked. Very old and worn out. When raised with staff they couldn’t care less. Waste of time and money.

Ordered and paid for hire of a floor…
Ordered and paid for hire of a floor sander online to pick up Monday morning.
Arrived to pick it up, and was told that it wasn't there, was told the website allows you to book and pay for items, but has no correlation to what the store has in stock. Still awaiting a refund, annoyed as I'd taken the day off of work, and not even an apology. Don't waste your time.

Great service from Taunton
Ordered a scarifier online, which was an easy process. I was contacted by the Taunton branch who were very friendly & professional. When I collected the machine was too big for the car, but they organised a same day delivery. Great service!

What a fantastic company due my husband’s sudden illness I have had to cancel delivery of a turf cutter 3 times and every single time they have been so nice about it they will be our number one choice for hire in the future thank you for such fabulous customer service

Dropping it back was quick and easy too. The online system was good and allowed me to see all the specifications and instructions before I hired the equipment.
