Great company
Great company, found online after trying to hire a platform only finding extortionate prices.
This company had exactly what I needed at half the cost.
Ordered online after a quick phone call to their offices with a quick question. Staff very pleasant and informative.
I was kept up to date with delivery times and drivers dropping and picking up were great. I will use this company again and will recommend to others. Thanks Brandon Hire and staff a great company with great prices

Warrington Branch - Great Staff

Poor service and support
The equipment arrived late and the sales agent didnt seem to be concened that I had paid for 5 days but only had it for 4, with no apology or offer of a partial refund, then the equipment wasnt powerful enough and the job took longer than expected, I will just buy a home Jet Wash in future instead of leasing.

Great service and good prices
Great service and good prices. I rented a cement mixer a couple of times and wacker plate, all with delivery. The equipment was in good condition and did the job. Before drop off and pick up they would call me in advance to let me know they are coming. The staff was friendly and helped assemble the cement mixer.

I hired a generator from BH
I hired a generator from BH. Everything went ok and I returned the generator in the allotted time but a few weeks later was still to receive a refund on the sizeable deposit (£480.00). This has now been resolved with a couple of emails but the response to why this had occurred wasn't very satisfying. There was no apology and I was told I should prompt next time after returning an item which makes me think that BH keep deposits unless prompted. Not great.

Perfect from start to finish
Perfect from start to finish. Really friendly guy in store and great quality tools! Have used 3 other companies while doing our huge garden project and the tools have been poor in comparison. Finally found these in the last stage of the job and wish I'd used them sooner. Quick and easy to collect and quick drop off. Definitely using these when I tackle the front garden!

From ordering to delivery and pickup…
From ordering to delivery and pickup was a great experience, I certainly recomend and will use them again.
The only issue I encountered was the delivery of the wheel barrow at the same time as the wacker plate. They needed to picked this up from another location. This arrived late afternoon towards 5pm. I had a ton of sand on the drive way to shift and lost a day's leave and time to complete the job.
