I concur with the previous review.
It's been almost 2 weeks of their "working" on my business card.
After having interaction with: Jerry, Shane, Kevin and Brian and someone else who I cannot remember, I essentially have the exact same business card, sans 3 pieces of original info.
Every request is met with days of inactivity. I am so frustrated that I didn't respond to the last "Good Morning Deedra."

Helpful info before you decide if you should do business with these people:
1. Initial offering was for $109 for the business card. I refused.
2nd offer was for $75 ( or something like that). I refused.
3rd offer was $50. I accepted.

2. This company uses different phone numbers to appear to have numerous US based workers. I do not believe this to be the case. It's fairly obvious that you are dealing with people from another country.

3. The work might get done.... but it'll be a struggle.

At the onset of this relationship, I was considering using them for my website. Obviously, this is not the case now.
Perhaps you can find a satisfactory business relationship with them.
Maybe not.
Treat them like gambling in Vegas: Only bet what you can afford to lose.
I have a $50 maximum.

My experience is the same as those who commented about Brands having a great sales pitch but not the ability to do the work. Time and again, I sent pics of the concept design I was looking for, and they offered nothing close. They use pseudonyms —Jerry had an American dialect the first time; the second time, it was Asian. Stay away from this place - they are cons. I could do what Brands does at no cost as they just use clip art designs from the web. I cannot emphasize enough to not use this group. The positive comments cannot be from real customers.

Ken was great… understanding and helpful. logo looks great will give it a 5 star one I receive my files with logo. Tried to call no response yet will update when I get called return

In constant contact, always asking if everything is good. No issues.

Worst company to solve any issues..always passing the buck to another rep. With no improvements.no communicating between team members with client concerns.most part they take up more of your time than should be needed..highly unrecommended.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
I hire them on Thumbtack to design my website. They give me 2 weeks time frame. 4 months later I have fire this company and submit claim to my bank. "Money back guarantee" ... Don't fall for that. You will have to fight to get your money back. I finally got my money 8 months later. I give them multiply chances to make this right and they failed. Even one of directors said they won't fight disputed charges and of course they did. Speaking of website, they promised everything until they got the money. After, they found every excuse on earth. Every question I had , I got response week later. I ask them to show me slideshow option for the photos for the Word Press ( I am photographer) and they did. When I aske them to install they said it is for different platform and they tried to design something similar, telling me how that is the same gallery. Bunch of amateur's.

Update 9.12.2023. This company is doing everything to remove this review. I submitted my whole claim documentation to trustpilot. I hope my review help other people to understand how unprofessional this company is.

Communication is key with most service oriented businesses. Brandscreation made an unapproved website live giving away digital products we sell! This happened not once but twice! Part of the issue was their team did not understand our needs and proceeded to make an unapproved web design live giving away our digital products! Because we never needed their hosting fees, for which we paid for 3 years, it took them extended period of time for reimbursement of the hosting fees. We are now ensconced in a battle to refund the web design, that we don’t have! At this time we are being told no you aren’t entitled to refund! We don’t have a website!
All of the names used by their group are pseudo names and clearly, much gets lost in translation when speaking to the “team”. Would not recommend!

Worst customer service ever. I purchased a logo package deal on may 30th. They made sure to keep calling you and asking if your ready to move forward... Basically harassment, when I finally did pay, it took three days and a phone call for me to get a receipt. Then I get the guy named James Parker. I don't think he knows what he is doing. When someone buys a package logo deal, don't you send the logo on some simple products? No, I get the question what product are you putting your logo on. Then he calls me to talk about my logo and what I think about. I give him my comments on the logo, and ask him to look at one of the logo with me.... I'm don't have your logo design with me right now can you email me this after the phone call after he has already called me at work. What is James Parker doing?... I requested for a new account manager. Jerry said sure we will take care of it. Later that day James Parker calls me after I asked for someone else. Tried it again with James. Still not working... I ask for a refund, Jerry replied back with yes, I will get the compliance team to get with you. I asked for a refund on June 4th. Got another call from James Parker. Now it's June 12 th. With no logo or a refund. Good luck if you choose this company now, refusing to pay me saying he completed the job.now, refusing to pay me saying he completed the job

My experience with Brands creation was phenomenal! It was an excellent experience working with Kevin Moore, It was one of the best experiences working with someone online. His work gave me pleasure and peace of mind, he was always available to answer questions. I was able to convey my vision, and this company was able to execute it perfectly. I would use over and over again, and recommend without hesitation to anyone. This was the best experience with web design yet!

I had a great experience! I am a college student who wanted to make their hobbies into a side hustle and Brands Creation helped me create a website that matches my brand and personality. The project manager (shout out to James :p) was great at communicating and making some changes I wanted to be done to my website quickly. Additionally, I am very new to having a small business. They did a great job at reassuring and explaining to me the process of everything, even down to trademarking.

I hired them for my project. They had their share of hiccups initially but once Jerry came on board he was always there to resolve the issues and delivered the project. Will recommend them for business.
