If I could, I would give this company a 100-star negative rating. Their customer service and support are miserable. I paid 3000€ for a website and an annual subscription, and for a whole year I didn't receive a single email from their support team. In the second year, I asked for help again to set up my store and products, because I always had many sold-out items, and they never solved my problem. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a dropshipping company. They are only interested in receiving the money from the monthly and annual subscriptions; after that, they never care about the clients and business partners who invested €3000.

ecurring Sync Issues and Trying to Understand if Others Are Experiencing This

Our business subscribed to BrandsGateway to launch an ecommerce store using their product synchronization system. Unfortunately, we’ve been experiencing recurring issues where manually edited product fields such as titles, descriptions, pricing, and categories revert back to the default supplier content during synchronization events. This happens even when those fields are disabled in the synchronization settings.

The issue has affected multiple brands and SKUs and has significantly delayed our store launch. Each time products are carefully edited and published, they are later overwritten during sync, undoing hours of work and in some cases altering live storefront content.

Support has provided explanations related to internal product identifiers and warehouse reintroductions. However, the problem continues. Tickets are often closed quickly, and we are instructed to open new ones, which results in repeating the same context again. There hasn’t been a clear technical resolution or consistent follow-through.

At this point, we are genuinely trying to understand whether this is an isolated experience or if other BrandsGateway users are seeing similar synchronization override behavior.

If anyone else has experienced this, we would appreciate hearing about it.

The platform itself has potential, but system reliability and consistent support are critical when building a business that depends on stable product data.

Don’t trust

Don’t trust ! I tried very hard! Most of the time the items were out of stock ! Not good for drop shipping and you lose reputation! Customer orders and when is time to finalise it they say sorry is out of stock ! No sorry and nothing

We are very close to launching our new online store, which features an extensive collection of over 17k premium/luxury designer menswear products from Brandsgateway. The process has been surprisingly smooth, largely thanks to the exceptional support from the Brandsgateway team. Seriously, the responsiveness has been top-notch, we get fast, detailed answers every time. The communication is always polite, professional and helpful, whether we have a simple question or need more complex guidance. The Brandsgateway platform itself is solid. Integrating, synchronizing and managing the product inventory is straightforward and efficient. Flawless app, amazing team, and beautiful products!

BrandsGateway has been an amazing partner for my store. Their support team is truly outstanding — always friendly, fast, and willing to help with anything. Emilija has been incredibly supportive, both through live calls and email, making everything so much easier.

The app itself is very intuitive and reliable — products sync perfectly and it’s simple to select and import items. The product quality is excellent, and the variety of luxury brands is impressive.

I also appreciate the webinars hosted by Michael — they’re super informative and give great insights and tips for growing your business. Highly recommend!

I would like to take a sincere moment…

I would like to take a sincere moment and acknowledge that my thought process about my treatment from BrandsGateway was grossly misunderstood on my initial part. I absolutely hold myself accountable for that. I have since learned that their company does not work in-house on weekends so my response time from them would take longer. Also since we are on different sides of the vast ocean, time zones factor in. I knew that but I inadvertently didn’t apply that when awaiting answers. I had an excellent, detailed, honest discussion and conversation with Tina who is one of the Managers.
She listened wholeheartedly, gave me an opportunity to apprise her of my concerns so as to rectify the situation. I do appreciate that because it is important to be heard and imperative to have resolution. Tina kept it real with me and did so in a light-hearted manner. She also did provide screenshot proof that the agent assigned to meet with me, DID in fact respond to my inquiry . Somehow that message never translated or configure onto my message panel or my spam. Tina also graciously offered to send over information for DS set up because the technical aspect is more intricate and could pose slightly challenging for neophyte Drop Shippers like myself. This was a good training for me. Therefore, I respectfully ask the reading, online community to disregard my previous submissions as they no longer hold weight or take precedence. Thank You Tina. Thank You Trustpilot for allowing me to share that.
