I stupidly ordered a children's…
I stupidly ordered a children's trampoline of these shysters and got the usual scam. They said it would be 11 days after I ordered on the 22nd of March, it's now 3rd May rather more than 11 days and not a peep from the conmen. For God's sake steer as far from this company as possible. I only paid two of three payments but I still want my money back, I have two disappointed granddaughters whose dad has cancer and their other granny died recently so they really don't need the crappy attitude of this company. By the way if I had a choice my score would be somewhere in the minus 100's and I'd begrudge them that score.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM
AVOID! Complete scam, ordered item & paid in full, no response to emails, phone number quoted not valid, they used Klarna to take the payment so my credit card company can't claim the money back. Have to wait 21days from raising the issue with Klarna before they will investigate.

Update: It’s been 5 weeks now and the only response weeks ago was the offer of waiting and receiving a discount and free gift. So I stupidly waited. Their phone line is dead and I’ve had no reply to several emails. I’ve reported to Klarna who’ve escalated the investigation against them. Will be up to ten days before I get a refund, after the investigation has concluded. I see some people received a confirmation email for their order but I didn’t even get that!! Absolutely disgusted with this fake company. Please DO NOT give these robbers your hard earned cash!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Like countless others, I have been defrauded by this vile company. This is pure fraud and is just a criminal enterprise. I placed an order for a Karcher washer and, like everyone else, it never appeared. This is just a complete scam and you will lose every penny you send them. Just walk away and do no business whatsoever with them - it is all a lie.

Bought a Karcher pressure washer back…
Bought a Karcher pressure washer back in January like others , had email from company detailing my order and that it was not in stock and given 3 options I chose to wait for new stock and a gift , about 2-3 weeks I got an email stating now in stock and please wait for tracking number which came a day later. When I checked tracking number it stated invalid, checked over the week still nothing. Contacted company and ignored email then bouncing back after a month tried contacting through phone but then they blocked my number. Paid through klarna who are seriously dragging their heels over refunding me. I blame myself if it looks too good to be true then it probably is! Had enough of scammers!! Please avoid this company at all costs.

Fake company
Fake company. Scamming scum.
Same as others with the Karcher deal.
No reply they took one payment then said there was a delay. Had no reply after I sent 5 emails.
Keep clear.
Luckily I stopped the payment before second instalment came out. Have reported them to the credit card company so hopefully I will get the money back.
I should know better if the deal looks to good to be true then its generally a con.

Like the previous reviewer I too ordered a Karcher on the 22 March, same deal with the other reviewer, I have emailed them 4 times,no response,there number is unobtainable, I paid through Klarna and they are investigating,but I,m not holding my breath, avoid these clowns, they are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

They emailed me after my order to say they are out of stock even though they still advertising if for sale Blink floodlights, they tell me it will be a few days before they source some more , i have left 3 messages and emails no reply so going to my bank to get my money back.

Like so many others I ordered a Karcher Jet Wash on 20th March 2023, and paid in full. I received a quick confirmation of the order and then I was notified that it was out of stock but one would be obtained shortly. To date I have had no further contact from this company. They have not replied to emails or telephone calls.
This company operates a SCAM - please avoid them!
