Fraud Cheat company

Company is fraud. The products are of very cheap quality. I ordered MK bag and got Prada bag. The products are overrated. Now no response on refund. the email id is incorrect and there is not way we can connect to them.

Recently I used Brandzook for my online shopping so I like to share my personal review with you about Brandzook. It has both variety and quality and it one of the factors which pulls me to go here to shop. It has many brands like dior armani gucci luis phillipi etc which gives me options and wide varieties. It is quit heavy on your pocket to shop from here because of its luxuries brands but I liked it for the quality and variety of products. I hope my review will help you in making a smarter choice.

Biggest scammers. They’ll dupe you.
They’ve a channel on insta where one lady keeps posting videos like they’re the saints of the world but be aware, they’re professional scammers. I placed an order by looking at number of followers thinking they might be legit but I got fooled.
I ordered slides on 21 Jan and since then trying to get the update. Once in a while some person will tell on their WhatsApp chat that your order has need returned and you need to pay extra amount. Again dead air.

Impossible to reach these buggers…you can’t call, mail id is fake…be aware guys!

Don’t get fooled by positive reviews, they themselves are writing these reviews. These positive reviews are completely fake.

@Brandzook - we all know that it doesn’t matter to you but still, have some shame. Pretending to run a legit business but acting like scammers.

In the pursuit of greed, everyone gets trapped. Use your intellect; how can a 200,000 worth item be obtained for 3,000 or 4,000?

IT IS A SCAM! They are big con people. They will take money from you, by speaking sweet things but all they send you is roadside stuff! Don’t get into the TRAP.

Brandzook is totally a SCAM - their mails bounce back - no answer on phone calls- I ordered a Valentino wedges worth 3600 and I got cheap sport shoes - they claim return which is 100% fake..
can someone help - where to file a complaint. My money is lost - and I don’t want these scammers to get away.

Chor they did fraud with me for 4k sent 100 shoe instant of nike 4k pls send any contact number filed complaint in consumer court

Scam alert. Completely a fraud.. I got scammed for Rs.8000/-

They are doing a scam..u have ordered Hackett Tshirt worth rs 1680 and I got rs 50 tshirt..they are fraud..

It's a complete fraud company...I have ordered Versache Eye wear and after payment of 30% advance payment they send me parcel after 12 days today when I have received parcel God knows luckily I opened that and saw it's a 50 rs footpath glasses in black colour put in that box... suddenly I stopped the courier guy and asked him to take back and got returned my balance cash amount...Guys be aware of such Companies who are cheated through Insta and FB promotion... really fed up...same happened with another company this week with me... Complete Fraud guys..30% COD earning is their moto

Brandzook are scammers. There is a person called Vansh Singh Tajinder who duped me for 540 rupees saying they need advance for COD. 30 percent pre order payment since server was down and the website was not updating cart. So on the official WhatsApp number of the brandzook this money was taken and no shipping details etc were ever sent . The person later told me there was some death in his family but then even upon waiting for many many days he hasn’t responded. It is a unprofessional scam site please be aware. They will cheat you

This is a totally fake and fraud company. I ordered shoes worth Rs 5000 from them and they sent cheap Rs. 50 Shani market type product to me. Now they are not picking up my call. Nor anyone is replying on their WhatsApp.

Its a total fraud company. They ask you for a part payment at the time of booking. After that they send you anything crap and pay the rest amount as COD. Please don't fall for them. I am trying to complain about them in consumer court as well

The website is very user friendly and product quality is same as shown in image.

Its a totally fraud website totally fraud when u will open the parcel u will see mrp 350rs shoes and than no will answer and no will respond no address will come where it has come from
